Help on Pokemon Pearl plx

Trying to complete my Sinnoh Pokedex, I seem to still be missing some Pokemon. The Pokemon I'm missing are numbered:

045 ________
146 ________
147 ________
148 ________
149 ________

These are Sinnoh Dex numbers btw. I need to know which ones I'm missing.

045 -- Burmy (a trainer in Eterna Forest -- Bug Catcher -- has one)
146 -- Uxie
147 -- Mesprit
148 -- Azelf (for these three, visit each lake. Mesprit will flee, but the others are one-time catches, so be ready)
149 -- Dialga (talk to the elder of Celestic for information on this one)
