Firstly this is the Games questions, so wrong board anyways.
Secondly, here's how it works:
1) Begin a thread or topic, depending on your choice of terminology on the subject in either the "Yoshi Art" or "Other Art" forums by pressing the thread initiation button located in the bar above where the previously made threads/topics are located for one's viewing pleasure.
2) Copy the address of the picture or pictures that you wish to show and then pasting this said address into the designated text area. Don't worry about doing anything fancy for the internet shall work wonders for you.
3) Pressing the "post topic/thread" button located at the bottom of the designated text area will initiate the internet. The internet will take a few milliseconds out of it's hectic schedule to place your new thread onto the forum and even make the link you copy/pasted clickable, amazing!
4) Sit back with a cup of tea (or coffee, or coca cola entirely your choice of beverage. You may even want a snack whilst you're there, make a sandwich too, delicious!) and wait for people click onto your post or thread and subsequently the link that follows for your amazing piece of artwork. They will usually then press the lovely "reply" button to tell you that you are indeed skilled in the arts.
I hope this has been informative and that you will amaze us all with your fine artistic talent!

You may want to host your art on the Internet first =P. To do this, I recommend getting an account on Photo Bucket where you can upload and share your own art (assuming your art is already saved somewhere on your hard drive.) Like Twi said, you simply use the appropriate forum for art posting, weather it be the Other Art board or the Yoshi Art board. Another question of yours may arise. What is the difference between these two boards? The Yoshi Art board is solely for, well, Yoshi Art! Drawings of Yoshis go here, and nothing else. The Other Art section is the catch-all board. All other threads could fit in there. You may want to Read the Rules if you are a little bit confused. If you already have the address of the picture, simply put or Image tags around it. To get more into Board Terminology, a thread is basically a topic, like this one, that a registered user of the forum makes. Other registered users, like yourself, can post in such threads. And so, conversation, bonding, and friendship occurs at Yoshi's Corner. As you can see, when you access Yoshi's Corner you will notice a series of different boards labeled differently for different topics of chat. Read the description under each board to see where you would like to go and what you would like to talk about. After you direct your web browser to a specific board, you will see different Threads or Topics started by other people. You can browse and click into any of these topics and join in the posting. Remember not to post SPAM or other pointless replies to threads, it is simply not allowed here. Now, back to your Photo Bucket account. All you need to do is register with the site (registration is free, only an e-mail required I believe.) And bam, your own online photo album. You can now upload your own pictures, and share them with friends, but right now thats not what we are interested in. Lets say you have drawn a Yoshi. You would best open a Thread in the Yoshi Art board to share your artwork with others. On your Photo Bucket album, you may want to use the option under your uploaded picture which says tagged. When you copy and paste that code to your working thread, you will see the picture won't be the link and you can actually see it. Amazing =). Like Twi implies, it may take awhile for someone to see and comment on your thread. Don't fret! Give it a few hours, or maybe a day. I'm sure someone will comment on your art =). I hope that answers all of your questions. If you are confused with anything, give me a PM (personal message.) Don't be shy! Or, of course, you could post again in this thread by "Replying" even though it is indeed in the wrong board.
