I go there all the time when I [glow=red,2,300]really[/glow] want to listen to game musics, but the problem is that .midi does not sound so good, but some games with the different version of music is good (you can tell the amount of bytes they have is as high frequency), but I know a site you can get a realistic better sounding. You can try download www.winmx.com, or www.ocremix.org, that site I mostly go there, they have the best sound of the overclocked remix! Especially The yoshi's island crystal cave song sound so awesome. Everyone, grab an mp3 player and get it, it's a must-get! But I'm not so sure of [glow=green,2,300]WinMX[/glow], some songs almost never pops out, it probably died out or something, but you can give it a try. Well people, grab your iPods! For WinMX, just enter the game title, and songs will upload up for download list, the queues is what I hate, but give it a try.

Nifty! It seems they have exactly one thousand three-hundred thirty-one songs in the N64 section!

Well, I agree that midis isn't the best choose for good sound quality which almost give me tinnitus each time when a hear it , but it's great to download those files for ring-tones to mobiles, thnx for that =]. . I've heard that there should be a specially fileformat for N64 music which is called .miniusf or somethin' and can play the music exactly as it sounds on the console. But the question is how far the founders have come up to with that cuz it don't exist sush on many games yet . Anyway, if u guys should download Snes music instead for n64 and don't wanna have those files as ring-tunes it's unnecessary to hear it if u could..... First go to www.zophar.net/winamp/ for the winamp plug-in to play thoze "spc" files ya and paste the file into the plug-in directory so it should work. After that www.zophar.net/zsnes/spc/ u can get u'r favourite snesgame music which sounds exactly like on the console. Better than midis anyway ^^.

.....I always prefer MIDI to some obscure filetype..of course MP3's are way better!...Everyone knows that, and if you actually take the time to look, you won't get tinniness from a MIDI, unless you grab a crappy one, or have a bad PC.

Apparently, not all Midis are bad. I have few things for the reason why, well, let's call this:
[glow=blue,2,300]Positive(+) side[/glow] Midis plays alot better in programs like the famous Yamaha player, it plays excellent instruments based of it, and sound good. Also, depending on your computer and the best soundcard, midis are not all that bad to listen to, because the stakes are that they will sound alot better.
[glow=red,2,300]Negative(-) side[/glow] Old computer built with the original soundcard, it will not sound good. But let's put it this way, when you play it on media player, no visualization will not display on midis, only by best quality musics like mp3 and above.

Actually, I have a new comp. with new components since 4 months ago, but midis can sound mush different and have variable sizes dependence how many instruments there is and what kindo fquality it is on em' et.c . The more bigger the midi file is (if we compare a song with the same length) the more better it sounds yeah XD. Otherwise conterary. Yes, everyone knows that mp3's beats midis kinda easy but did u know it don't sound better than .miniusf's or spc's. Cuz it converts from those originally files. Actually to a .wav file first...but it doesn't matter. But I prefer most of the Oc Remixes instead of the midi's and spc's anyway, but sometime sometime....it happens that i listen to a midi file with good quality :3,

Well, if only someone had told me exactly which thread had been spammed, it would have been cleaned much, much sooner. I can't check all threads every day to see if they're all clean. Welcome, to the frustrating world of trying to contact Tim Yoshi. =/
