www.petitionspot.com/petitions/walkoffamePetition thing and people wan't video game characters up on the walk of fame. A fairly good debate kicked off at another forum I visit, so I guess it'd get some activity here too. Probably get more people registering to voice their opinion too. In my opinion, Yoshi is very deserving of the place along with Mario, Luigi and so on... Only characters that have had a huge impact on people's lives. That, for me would be Yoshi simply because I've not been a fan of anything else for 12 years. Whats the forums opinion of all this?

Yoshi and the Mario bros have been around as long as I can remember...They deserve a spot on the walk of fame! After all...their famous!

well, i dont think mario and his friends should become "stars in hollywood" (they kinda already are) but they still should be placed somewere in history.

Wow. Another good character to walk on it would be Link and Zelda. They could even have Link riding on a real horse, which would be kind of neat. I think Link and Mario, not to mention Yoshi, are probably the two most well known nintendo characters.

I agree with what some guy entered: They're more fameous then some of the people on that place.
[Editor's Note: If Donkey Kong gets there, then Yoshi definatly deserves a place, as well.]

i wont mind seeing this hapopend. however there is a downfall to this.. if mario and luigi and yoshi are going to be in it.. people will want their favorite charatcers on ther too.. the list coulc be endless.. but i dont mind for Yoshi mario luigi  |

I've already signed it, and it grew a few pages since last night! Anyway, I was number 1493, they're already at 1551, so I'm sure it'll be a success. Just out of curiosity, has anyone else signed it?

In my opinion, they should make 1 HUGE star dedicated to Yoshi, and none for the other characters. >=D xDDDD ok ok I'm kidding... But Yoshi definitely deserves the largest star! ^^

Yeah, I already signed it. It would be a great feat to see Yoshi's star go down before Mario's. That'd rock my face hardcore chipanzee style.
Yoshi has had an effect on a huge amount of people (Probably greater than that of Mario, I don't see as many Mario sites). People underestimate his popularity in my opinion, and I'm not just saying that because I'm a fan of Yoshi. It's very true though.
