Make it available online by going to www.imageshack.us and uploading it. Copy the Direct Link and post it here. You can paste the direct link in between: ...tags so the image appears without anyone clicking it, but if it's a large image, it'll be made into a link by one of the other mods.

Methinks we would benefit from a php messageboard that supports uploads.

Invisionfree does, but there's a lot of downsides too. Limited amount of space, and people will wan't to keep their pics on the board. 16Mb doesn't hold much. It's probably best using imageshack or photobucket, although, I don't recommend the use of photobucket. it tends to resize images so they are smaller, space-wise.
The upsides are great, but the downsides outweigh the upsides.

...Or just one resource thread people can look in for sites that can do many different things.
Thing is, how many people would look in it? Not many methinks.
I might open another email account and say to people "email me for support, don't post it on the board". There's only a small selection of people that read the board rules, and I know, I staff on enough, and it's funny to see how many people break the rules without even realising it. She's just asking a question so I don't think it's that bad of a thing. People are bound to do it at some stage, and thats not something you can control.

Back on topic, you could always get a DeviantArt, SheezyArt, or ArtDragon account, put the picture up there, and copy the URL to a post on this board.

Uhh, ok. s-s-s-seeya.
Should we make it a rule that we can't help people unless they stay at the board?
Soul, are these a modified version of phpbb boards? If so, proboards might offer the board owner the ability to have a copy of the boards database for a small charge, so you can move it to a dedicated host so you can add things to it so only members can see the image upload facility. Remote linking should be disabled though. Stop people stealing bandwidth.

if i can get that straight in english...hide boards to guests and only let members see and post in them? yes thats possible, but soul isnt the lead admin.
tim is the admin fyi, um, and he sets the limitations to what the other, lets say, sub admins can do. i think soul has the power though to hide boards from other people/guests since he hid the staff board from our normal members (i think.)

I knew Tim was the boards leader. I meant, Newbies that haven't contributed to the board in any way/shape/form don't get our help. People tend to ask for loads of help, paste their site into many posts (Advertising) and once they've got their help, leaving. It's happened to a few boards I'm on.
