Well, I've done it. I've decided to put together and start a character tournament, specifically from the Nintendo consoles. So, what's the gig about it being the 2nd Favourite Character Tournament? If I had put Yoshi in, well, we all know the outcome of the tournament. So, Yoshi's #1, who's #2 in YC? Time will tell...
Rules:
1) Matches will last one day, every 24 hours or so, I'll add up the votes and give the results and next matches
2) Only one vote per person per day is allowed, no exceptions
3) Each day will hold 4 matches, unless there's a tie or less than 4 matches, usually there's 4
4) In the case of a tie, the tie-breaker will be a next vote wins variety, only the voter to break the tie CANNOT have already voted for it. If it is the case, the vote will be void and the tie will persist. If after another day the tie remains, I will randomly chose a winner.
5) Bracket style is double elimination, a person has to lose twice in order to be out, so if your character loses once, it still has a chance!
6) Have fun with this, this is not something that should be taken personally
7) Characters have been chosen by me, and no one can pout about it
One more thing, I always vote first, so my vote cannot sway the decision towards the underdog, cause since it's my tourney, it'll just be wierd...

My votes:
Bowser - Pit may be a cool little guy, but not close to Bowser's greatness in my opinion
Zelda - Closer than the Bowser vs Pit match, but Zelda edges out Little Mac here, thanks to SSBM
Sonic the Hedgehog - Ganondorf, evil dude, Sonic, cool blue dude with red sneakers
Boo - I always liked Boos, don't know why... Crono is great too and would've gotten my vote, only got his first match against another great character.
