Yoshi does need a lot more fans behind him. In general, Yoshi fans are friendly people, and the more friendly people, the less chavs in the world, less crime, less vandalism, and less corruption.

I don't see why people often take a negative side to him. It bugs the brain out my head. Before I started looking for Yoshi forums, and sites, I thought I'd be one of a select few Yoshi fans out there.

I think I'm right in saying that there are more Yoshi fan sites than there are Mario fan sites. Good to see.

I think a displayed hatred toward Yoshi is more of an act, really. After all, it's hard to keep a "tough guy" image when playing Yoshi's Island. I think SEGA's picked up on the act by arming their hedgehogs with machineguns. A real shame, too.

You've no idea how correct that is. That pic was just a joke I made up in 5 seconds. I'm not violent at the console, unless something touches me in SSBM, and in that case, my language gets very foul, but it's those people with speech impedaments(The chav vocabulary) that feel doing things that they think make them 'hard' makes them cool. It just attracts more chavs, and thats just plain stupid.
