What is your most unforgettable gaming moment you've had? You can list multiple ones if you'd like.
Here's one of mine..
In Madden 2002, I was down 28-26 with 3 seconds left and I had to kick a 55 yard field goal with Adam Vinatieri, anyways, I kicked it not so perfectly, and the ball hit the left upright on the field goal, fell down and hit the lower crossbar, and went in. Talk about amazing XD
(Btw, field goals are worth 3 points)

Oh, God... there's all too many of these times to think of. Where by sheer luck, against all odds, you pull through and win under the most rediculous of circumstances... I've had my fair share of RPGs where there's been one character left with really low HP, and in one final attempt to physically attack the enemy, they pull through and win it.
There's been a particular lot of them in Super Smash Brothers Melee, too... again, where a sheer stroke of luck brings you from wire-to-wire, last-to-first in an instant, heh... I was once Kirby, getting tossed around by three real-life frends, and in a desperate attempt to at least do anything useful I grabbed a Pokeball, threw it down, and screamed, "Please be something good!!" -- and it indeed was, Moltres, who popped out. The other three happened to be right beside it at the time, and two were in it when it spawned -- they got hurled into the ground in flaming heaps, but due to the relatively high damage they all ad, they bounced back and forth, hitting moltres several times, making their most painful scream each time, before seemingly just disappearing off of the screen in utter obliteration.
And of course, there was the time I was playing against a real-life friend as Mewtwo, and with three Pokeballs I got him caught in Clefairy's Suicune-Hurricane Thing, Togepi's Ground-Explosion thing, and Ho-oh's Sacred Fire, and while Mewtwo was being mangled and mauled for like 75% damage per second, I got a hammer to add to the fun -- every smack of the hammer illicited mewtwo's most powerful scream, I don't know, it was just so much rediculous ownage that it was funny, hahah. All too many funny things happened in Melee... in fact we've videotaped a lot of them, to hopefully combine all the most killful moments onto a DV tape, then to a PC format.
Of course, there's tons more of these from other games, but none come to mind right now -- and if I was to talk of all of them, I'd be owning this whole page, heheh.

The most unforgettable gaming moment? In a sense there really are many and I'm glad you've left the floor open to many settings. No matter what system you seem to play a game on the oddest things are bound to happen to you ever now and then in the strangest ways. I've seen a fair share of glitches and special little effects. At times its something you can't stop laughing at, and at times it utterly ruins the mood and game you were in the works to completing. Other times you just do things based on sheer luck itself. I believe some of the best moments I have had in games would be on the Xbox and PS2 merely because those would be the most fresh in my mind. The other systems I own were played more when I was younger, most odd moments have been long forgotten over time; yet I do tell you there have been many and they have been fruitful.
One of my most hilarious unforgettable moments was found during that "Grand Theft Auto" fad that was going on back at least two years ago. I never really enjoyed that game to a heavy extent, other than the fact it let me explore and have some fun going around the city. I've always adored the city enviroment in games and the hustle and bustle of things. Because of this, I used to go over to my friends and nearly play it all night sometimes getting ourselves in trouble. Even going to the extent to take a cable when we camped outside and lead a cord back indoors so we could still play the games in our tent. It was one of these nights that we were playing the third one I believe when we were merely walking around the city. One bad thing about GTA in the series are its bountiful glitches, and we just happened to walk into one, literally. For some reason we fell through the map, and unlike many times it didn't stop. The man just kept falling, and falling, and falling. Something about this made me laugh like none other. I suppose it was easy humor to just dissapear through a crack in the sidewalk into another dimension.
Going off the subject of unplanned devices, one game comes strongly to mind. Not to long ago I used to play Doom 3 unlike anything before. I had always heard the scariest things about the game and the weirdest rumors of the fear it could draw out. I never really believed any of this until I got to play the game myself and go through the levels. It was then that I believe there was a level in which these strange two headed beast crawled slowly out of the vents in the side shafts of the lab. When the lights went out in the game this only made things worse. I believe there were many times in which I sent the controller flying into the air and moving a bit backwards from the TV when I kept turning around to see their faces staring right back at the screen.
Another funny moment I had in a game was in one everyone seems to hate now-a-days: Halo. There were always the strange and obnoxious "Flood" in that game which would take over the bodies of random members and creatures. It was always fun to randomly shoot of the arms of these creatures and have them follow you around aimlessly until they would sometimes just strangely die. You didn't have to touch them, they just would.
Another game I enjoyed playing around within was Goldeneye for the Nintendo64. It was in this game that there would be certain times that I would randomly open and close doors on victims. I could never forget how hilarious it was to see thier little faces and guns sticking through the walls as they tried to come after you but couldn't succeed. Sometimes it was scary, that and their little emotionless eyes staring at you through a door.

Resident Evil 4.
After a relatively non-eventful first 10 minutes, you come scross a villiage. Looking around with a pair of binoculars, everything seems normal, people going about their business. Until you spot the burning body of a police officer on a makeshift funeral pyre. It already too late for him, so you go to take a closer look, naturally. Although as soon as the villagers spot you, everyone is alerted and soon the entire village is chasing you with whatever makeshift-weapons came to hand. Sickles, pitchforks, hatchets and everything are being thrown at you as you fight them off. Running out of ammo quickly, you make a break for the path that appears to lead out of the village. You get there only to find more enraged villagers none to happy to see you. Taking a few more out, you run to the gate only to find its blocked from the other side. Before you can turn round, you hear the unmistakeable sound of a chainsaw starting revving up.
Turning, you now see the path behind you is completely blocked with villagers, also with a chainsaw wielding lunatic heading the group. You fire a few potshots into the group with no apparent effect. For every one man you take down, another three are behind him. All the while, Chainsawman is closing in. Your pistil ammo runs dry. You pull out your shotgun and unload a shell point blank into his face, he goes down. You try some more crowd control on the villagers, the next group falls like a sack of potatoes. But Chainsawman isn't fazed. He gets up again, restarts his chainsaw and runs at you. You fire another shell into his chest and he stumbles back, giving you a few seconds to run past him. You slip by, and he swings his chainsaw, barely missing your nack. You aim again, but your shotgun is dry. You run back into the village into a cabin, where there are a few more shells. You block the doors and head upstairs. Hiding out for a while, you hear more footsteps. Not from downstairs. Now the rest of the town are taking up ladders to get upstairs. You kick one down, and unload more buckshot into the crowd. Your gun is dry again. You have no choice but to stay. Both exits are blocked. You hear the revving of the chainsaw again as Chainsawman grinds down the door downstairs. You see him edge up the stairs towards you, and just as he is about to swing at you, the church bell rings.
Everything stops.
Villagers turn and walk away. Chainsaw man drops his weapon and shambles off, none the worse for wear.
As they exit the cabin, you hear one of them mutter "Lord Saddler..."
You gather up a few bullets and exit the cabin through the destroyed doorway.
The whole place is totally deserted, like there were never anyone there. The burning police officer is the only other person left apart from you. You head back up the path to the village exit, to find the doorway in no longer blocked, and move on. Of course, if you want to...
Then the introduction titles roll. The game hasn't even properly started yet.
Utter brilliance.

There have been a few, but to pick out something special I suppose it would be Final Fantasy VII.
There is a moment, about 75% through the game that is, if you like, the revelation where the truth behind pretty much the entire story is revealed in one of the best directed scenes I have ever encountered, never mind just in a game. It was a great moment.
Though for actual gameplay stuff, SSBM, Mario Kart 64, Colin McRae Rally 4, V-Rally 2, GoldenEye and Halo 2 all have their moments. Mostly multiplayer.

#1) I went in Cruel Mele with Jiggly puff and got.......... A 31!!!!!
#2) I went up agains Link, YLink, and Zelda all three on same team, and level nine, and won.
Halo 2:
#1) I was able to carry three Smg's with me.
#2) On a 1-on-1 match with my cousin, I had a sniper, I accidentaly pressed the fire button (when I was trying to throw a grenade) and somehow killed him with a head-shot!

There was this funny thing I found out on Ssbm and Ssb, a few years ago. With Yoshi, just keep pressing the jump button as fast as you can. Something funny will happen if you press it fast enough...

Hmmm my best moments... lets see...
1. When I beat Sonic Adventure 1, 2 and heroes 100% on the Gamecube, it felt good to beat them since they say that the game's camera makes your game harder
2. When I beat the final tournament in Mario Tennis power tour with koopa troopa vs Mario, just then I realized that I was using a non-star character vs a STAR Mario! XD (had to soft reset a lot of times)
