What other zany collaberations could arise? Be creative; mesh two games and/or one game and a film-line and form an insane-sounding mesh!
Here's my starter: Final EarthBound Ness meets characters from the Final Fantasy worlds to help him save Eagleland from a greater power! ...Yah. Crazy.
Now it's your turn to be creative!

Don't get mad at me, when I at least gave some variety of input.

I'm not mad at you. I'm just saying that Mike Krahaulik and Jerry Holkins already did World of Mallcraft.

Evo Corps.
Use various demolition equipment (Including, but not limited to, Giant Robots, Giant Flying Robots and the Dumptruck of DOOM!) to protect Gaia's chosen one from Bolbox, the green crystals, those under control of the green crystals, while destroying buildings and solving puzzles to give the Chosen one a clear path to Eden.

I'm surprised no one thought of this one:
*insertnamehere*: A Star Fox-meets-Samus sort of thing, it would probably work, seeing as Star Fox is a mercenary group, and Samus is a bounty hunter... Maybe they'd both end up going after the same baddie.
Or perhaps... Hrm, I dunno, that's all I could think up. Final Fantasy is really too broad to use in any matchup, though they tried in Kingdom Hearts.

The Tetris Chainsaw Massacre.
It happened.
