yes you can. take some cheepo darksteel artifacts such as darksteel reactor. well, i guess if you have the right cards, you can take control of that >>. still, blue can shine too! weather your black, and your regenerating, or zaping your health for powerful spells, blue creatures can obtain flying easily.

"What hand?" Black plays like this:

Turn 1: swamp, Dark ritual, Hypnotic Specter

Turn 2: swamp, Hymn to tourach, attack with specter. At this point, you're pretty screwed.

Turn 3: Dark ritual, Phyrexian Scuta (kicked). Might as well surrender.

yea, you just gotta be lucky to draw a good hand like that on turn one. otherwise, what else? mulligan? your going to lose a card everytime that way...

I like forests cause' I had a really good deck; it had good cards and stuff. red should know cause' I whipped his butt alot if I could have any type, though, it would have to be ocean, cause' I like the element of water

Uhh yeah every color has its advantages... though I really don't recommend trying for a good white deck. Those cost alot... at least alot more than most decks. If I had enough good black cards (like Lazoshi's dark ritual... I only have two of those... and a mortivore... because it looks really cool.)... So.... I just spend my time dabbling in Red cards for a fast burn deck. My Goblin deck takes care, I guess... but I really want some Sharpshooters and Prospectors.
