Here's some good news for people using the FreeLoader disc to play import titles on their Gamecubes.. It still works on the Wii!
I saw a user video on GameTrailers that showed it working, so I decided to test it out myself on Sonic Riders, and it worked perfectly; everything was functional and the memory card read perfectly well. This definitely makes me happy because I won't need to pull out my Gamecube every time I want to play one of my Japanese games.
I haven't seen whether or not the Action Replay works on it or not, but I imagine that if the FreeLoader does, then the AR should as well. In fact, the only potential thing with the FreeLoader would be needing to actually load the disc instead of having the system register that it's there like on the Gamecube, but you need to load the AR anyhow, so it's not much of a problem for AR users.
By the way, if anyone has any Wii questions, feel free to ask me and I'll look into it if I don't know off the top of my head.
