If you had a million dollars...

Ok, this is one question that sooner or later everyone will think about at some point in their lives, and which is quite fun to answer as well

So, what would you do if you had a million dollars? (It doesn't have to be about Yoshi, it can be anything)

I'm pretty sure I wouldn't exactly be going straight off my feet to do something wild right away upon receiving buttloads of money.

Hmmm... I'm sure I wouldn't buy anything big, rather just TONS of small stuff I'd really like. Like... food, and lots of it XD. And that's not really going to deplete much of my funds, anyway. I wouldn't mind still driving a junky to decent car, so I'll save lots on that, heh. I'll just bye some miscellaneous stuff like rare vinyl records, build my own tiny production studio or something, get a turntable and learn how to spin vinyl, and still have hundreds of thousands of dollars left. Hmmm... what else? Well, I'd probably raid eBay or something and buy anything Yoshi, heh. I'd still have several hundreds of thousands of dollars left, really XD. Hmmm... still can't really think of what else.

I'd invest into buying appartments somewhere for $100,000 dollars each getting ten each giving me around $1,000 dollars a month and maintaining me for the rest of my life. That would cost me $1 million but it would get me $10,000 dollars a month. Not bad!

Think about the future... You're going to need your own home, lots of money for when you retire, cash to pay your kid's college fees, maybe even a car & a home for each of them, etc. etc... That could take a GOOD bite out of your million Plus, aren't you going to give away ANY of that million to relatives or friends? I would give out a couple surprise checks to my best friends.

I was thinking exactly the same thing before I posted, but kind of forgot XD. Yeah, it'd be funny to have this giant, creepy Filipino party with all my relatives and then I start coming in and dump money all over the mahjong table and watch everybody freak out XD. I'd also donate some to good causes as well, like help out the families of the tsunami victims and such.
And as for my future, well, of course I was thinking in investing in a home, but by the time I'm going to have kids, well, who says that money's going to last? *Snicker* Just kidding, of course I got to save up and all that jazz. Just not quite thinking at this very moment because it's almost 1 AM on a regular school night.

I'd definitely buy a nice car first, since I need one XD; Then I'd upgrade this computer and make it the most ultimate gaming machine ever known to the likes of this planet I would say "use it to pay for college omg" but I'm getting a crapload of federal aid so I don't need to do that now, do I XD Anyways, I'd probably save the rest of it until after college unless I found something I really wanted.

After college, I'd buy plane tickets and go visit some of my closer online buddies. After that... hmmm... not really sure...

... maybe buy a car for them too if I feel like it XD;

I'd probably save it...get some more cash out of it! I wouldnt blow it straight away! But what i would REALLY do is...buy a Yoshi plush...for everyone!!! ^^

wow, theres alot that i would do whith that much mulah... but the thing i would want to do most is first probably host a really big party and invite everone on this site so we could like meet eachother. then, id probably invest some into realistate, and the rest id spend to buy a house & needs for me and electric ^^

I'd probably get a entertainment system... with surround sound... and then put the rest of the money into stock investiture... And wait for the next stock market boom! plus, i'd be preoccupied with the entertainment system while I wait the years.

A cool million? MY Federal aid amounts to a number that, while not quite less than or equal to zero, is very close to a number less than or equal to zero. So I'd shove as much as I'd need to at College.

Then I'd buy a 1994 Lincoln Town Car (Aw yeah.)

Then I'd get myself a Hoplite panoply, which consists of a Hoplon (Large round bronze sheild), a curiass (Leather armor with Bronze plating), greaves (iron or bronze) and a spear (about 8 feet long).

I'd put the rest in the Bank and watch it expand.

Well, with the bulk of it, I'd be sure that I had enough to afford a place to live, and enough to pay for my post-secondary education, whatever it may turn out to be. with my well-being assured, there'd be a lot of people for me to go around and visit, hehe. :3

There's also another who's well-being I'd ensure...
then in a pointless crazy tangent I'd buy every old game I ever played and loved for the NES and SNES... and have a big collection of when games were really worthwhile, hehe.

Yeah...I got a few ideas now. Invest in buildings so I can get 10 appartments to rent out for $1,000 dollars a month (prefferably near a college, since students need a place to sleep.) and perhaps once the first month of money comes out, start accumulating until I can purchase myself a house to live in and not pay rent... which will take me near 20 months of NO work at all...or maybe 25 to pay current house rent...after that I'd start putting money into the bank and watch it grow. Once I see it grow... I'd start a mall and make some loot... once I do that...I get more appartments...then after that I sell it all and go to Las Vegas buy the Peppermill! Then I'd see my money flowing at $25 million dollars a month...and then WHAM!! I take a journey and I take over Nintendo!

Then after (that would probably take my whole life...) I retire in a beautiful beach side cabin house villa Mansion and send money in envelopes to random addresses all over the globe. With money still coming in at $50 million a month...

Yeah, I'd love a million...

Did I mention? I'D ALSO BUY RUNESCAPE! MWAHAHAHA!!

Wow, if I had a million dollars? I'd have to be honest with you, I'll just sit on my bed with the one million dollars and wonder what heck I'm going to do with it. I mean, come on, that would be a normal thing to do, you don't just get one million dollars and use it ASAP, you'll probably just freeze for a minute and think of what you'll do with it. And even now I don't know exactly what I plan to do if I strike it rich. But it doesn't really matter much because money isn't going to buy what I desire or what I dream about, who needs a million dollars?

According to me, a person needs $7,500,000 to live his/her life with all the taxes WITHOUT the gifts and the pleasurable things.
