"Lucid dreaming (also known as dream consciousness or conscious dreaming) is dreaming while being aware that you are dreaming. To actually have a lucid dream you merely have to recognize that you are dreaming. Realizing you are dreaming may not seem all that special, but becoming aware that you are dreaming presents the opportunity of controlling dreams. The idea is that once you are aware you are dreaming you can alter your dreams and dictate what happens: you can do anything you’ve ever wanted and go anywhere you’ve ever desired. Furthermore, everyone can learn how to have lucid dreams. Sound too good to be true, or perhaps a little too “new-ageish?” Lucid dreaming is very real and very possible, and there are many practical and down-to-Earth reasons to experiment with lucid dreams." Man, my dreams are like about you guys, but as you know, Anjil and her companions just chased me down as I tried to hide away. I can't outrun them at all. So I'm suffering the glitch of my dream! Hahahahahaha! Also, I have dreamed about you guys as well. Well, I hid.

Lucid dreams, I didn't even know thats what they were called. I usually lucid dream about what if... well I won't go into detail here but you get the idea.

lucid dreaming is very dificult, but yes, i have done it before, not intentionally though.
i can help those who wish to try.
wear a digital watch to sleep - one that lights up. when you think you are just about to fall asleep, look at the digits. if nothing happens, then you are awake. if the digits are swirling, or are different symbols or charaters, then you are most likley lucid dreaming.
also, a harder way. do sleep tests to see if you are awake, if you dont have a digital watch, look on the walls of the room of your sleeping in, or look at some object. if it is glowing, or has a light surrounding it, you are lucid dreaming.
i really have no intention to lucid dream. like i said, its very difficult to do "sleep tests" while at the same time your body craves sleep. just make sure that you try on a day were you have nothing important coming on the day after.

I don't remember many of my dreams, however, the ones I do remember I have control over.
Most of them seem cool to me, but probably wouldn't make good stories.

I get lucid dreams when I talk to people in my dreams. I realize I'm dreaming, but don't really try to take control though. Whenever I try to licid dream, though, I end up waking up. A few nights ago, I dreamt that I was hanging on to a plane for dear life, then I realized I was dreaming. I started seeing other things that hadn't been in the picture before. It was strange.

It's wierd, I've lucid dreamed before, and they are priceless. Also, I've found a way that makes it a little easier... at least for me. Go to bed late, like around 10 or 11, and wake up at five thirty. Take a half hour long shower and then go to sleep again, you're probably already very tired. Now, go to sleep with a small light on, which is what I do in the mornings, and you'll sometimes get a lucid dream. Of course, sometimes I have trouble staying in the dream and am forced into waking up. But I want to try what red.yoshi said, would an atomic watch work? It has the numbers on it like a digital watch.

Soul, I read that article too... Or maybe I just got something like it. Try this site: science.howstuffworks.com/dream.htmI read it all, very interesting. There's a part where it says to have a lucid dream, you have to constantly question yourself if you are awake or not, Yes, I AM awake..., several times during the day. Make it a habbit. And when you ask it in a dream...SHABAM!! But the watch idea seems nice, I'll try to attach my phone to my wrist I have no glowing watches...or even any watches.
