Special Nahmod Surprise!

Some of you may know, one of my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE singers goes by the name of Daniel Nahmod. He sings, what I can best describe, as positive pop. His songs are something wonderful, two people here, Joshi and Contention, like his music as well. So, a while ago I emailed him from his site, I will keep it confidential because some of it is a secret, but I did let him know about how much I, and my two good friends, like it. Well, OMG, he EMAILED ME BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am SO HAPPY today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here's a small poem I wrote, I want to add on to it, but I have to help dad move some stuff around, since we're remodeling here sometime next month, or at least this year. Here it is!

Special Nahmod Suprise!

A great surprise,
came today,
like a sunsrise,
in cloudy ol'e May.

Nahmod is his name,
he replied to me,
I cannot be tame,
I'm happy with glee.

He is a role model,
well for me at least,
my mind is in full throttle,
it's rising like yeast.

This really made my day,
no it made my year,
good luck for him I pray,
I hope that God will hear.

He said that he felt very honored that I sent Contention some of his songs, and that we both like them. He also, this is a big surprise, asked for my number! That's the main gist of it, gawd I was SO happy when he emailed me, couldn't shut up for an hour about it.

Really? Wow, thanks. Should I write more? I think it sucks, compared to some people's poetry , but meh, whatever. I'm happy you like it though! I just don't like the style, rhyme after every line kind of stuff.

Heh, thanks, and it was thrilling, was slightly in shock the day after as well. BTW, I find this ironic, I just made a new poem, and just as I post it, someone posts in one of my other poems. XD, thanks for the vote of confidence though!
