Yuss Basically, I'm curious as to whether anyone else here plays it, other than me  The addy is www.gunbound.net if you ain't heard of it. The actual game file is about 95MB, so if you're on dial up I suggest leavin the PC on all night, or getting a download manager of somekind  Basically, it Plays like Worms and Scorched Earth, and its teh funz0rs |

ive actually been playing gunbound for a while....and slowly started to drift away from it....until the unthinkable happened.....i had been playing for like.....a very long time....and i was able to get like $70,000 in the game......but then my best frined hacked onto my account and took it all......so that made me really mad to where i havent played it ever since......i suppose that i can just make a new account and just start all over again *sigh*

I play it sometimes, except my 'puter can barely run it. (On total-no-frills, there's maybe a 40% chance that I'll freeze in the middle of a round.) So basically the only time I play it is when I have access to my friend's 'puter.

 I played GunBOund for quite a decent amount of time... I never liked it.... Worms and Scorched Earth are 100x better, IMO... particularily Worms. On GunBound, you are far too limited... you get 3 weapons, 1 of which always sucks... and mobility is horrid. In addition, getting money takes FOR EVER. And I mean, FOR EEEEVVVEEEERRRRRRRRRR... I just quit because it was too slow, and too unchanging... And turns take forever to rotate through... Also, it was poorly translated from Korean, and has very bad english. "It is best game I play in year" "Gunbound, please show us avatar's ability!" "[So and so] scored Double Kill in a room [Number]" And my favorite craft's name was spelt wrong. "Lightening". Foolishness, IMO. If you want a really good game of the likes, get Worms World Party... endless fun. ENDLESS. Or Worms 3D for the NGC! |
