Intertwined
Intertwined White and Black, So different they seem, Yet Intertwined.
Man and Woman, So different they seem, Yet Intertwined.
Love and Hate, So different they seem, Yet Intertwined.
What and Black, Are like Right and Wrong, Coloring our World, and Experiences, Making, though only two colors, a delightful visage of beauty and despair. From White to Black, and all the grey areas inbetween, We see our actions and others, Judging, measuring, in Right and Wrong, Black and White.
Love and Hate, Are Builders, and Destroyers. Hate digs the deep trenches, Love fills them up. Hate thrust pillars and pikes into the cement, Love builds on them. Eventually, the two, Like a construction team without blueprints, Build something weird, Unique, You. Your personality, Your psyche, Your ego, Your self.
Man and Woman, Can’t be so easily contrasted, Nor so compared, But sit tight, And I’ll have a go.
Man is Logos, The Intellectual, Or so I’m told, and so I reason. Men think more, About Life, Death, Love, Hate, White, Black. It may not seem so, Under our great physiques, But it’s true.
Woman is Pathos, The Emotional, Or so I’m told, and so I feel. Women feel longer, stronger, Feel Love, Feel Hate, Feel Joy, Feel Pain, To an extent unsurpassed.
Put the two together, And see what you get. One, with Empathy and Logic, Feeling what others feel, Understanding the reason behind it all. So are Man and Woman intertwined.
And so are we all.
