To tame fire is to smolder it; And ashes fair not against the world. Instead, why not let the fire flit; To let the colors be so swirled.
That is how anything shines – From love to ambition, Dove to competition. Speaking in freedom’s lines.
But instead, restraint and hold, Quiet what is bold. Above in a voice, To hold our choice.
Ashes shall fall in such a place, Off a glorious face. But should that be? Or will that be a mystery?
Is it so that fire should be such a pyre; That it may only be destruction’s sire? Or may it guide and light – And make life so bright?
My personal views on life are showing. OH NO. Anyway. Hi. I feel like a cool dude for posting in this section. This was just a poem for school. We were supposed to compare something simple to something complex. In poem format.

I think both fire and life are very complex, although my mind is pretty slow at things. Yes, posting here does make you cool D=. Lol. Great work on this! I really like the feeling of it!
