ARG!!!!!I've been to many websites and it ether says you need 200,or 202.Do any of you knowt the truth cause I have 199.

It's the Hoenn 200. You think it'd be easy to find Jirachi or Deoxys?
BTW, what Pokemon do you lack in the HoennDex?
And what game is this? Is it Emerald?

Vileplume and it's emerald.I just don't think that I need to go through so much work to get a Vileplume and not get a totodile.

...You DID find that Leaf Stone on Route 119, right? Down that stream near the Weather Institute?

ok, im confused. how to get the jhoto starters and where talking about legendarys and a vileplume? jirachi and deoxys dont count as one of the 200 pokemon on the pokedex. if you have every pokemon including them you will have 202 pokemon (just pokemon catchable in emerald, ruby, and sapphire of course.)
to get the jhoto starters, one way to do it is have a copy of pokemon colleseum with a finished memory card of the game, and a finished pack of emerald. it is recomended that you also have a fire red or a leaf green just incase the starters you get in colleseum arent female. simply transphere and breed.

yes it does lava, but if you don't have a ditto, and you have a male pokemon, your screwed.

Alright, you know the bridge near the Weather Institute on Rt. 119, right? And there's a spot where you can Surf into the river, see? OK, you follow the path downwards until you reach a stone blockade. There should be an item ball with a Leaf Stone in it.

I gave it to a friend.......I'll just use my friends gameboy to trade from my Leafgreen to Emerald.

OK, that'll work, too.
Just evolve that Gloom into a Vileplume and you'll complete your HoennDex and be able to get a Johto starter! YAY! ;D

No, when you finish up the HoennDex, discluding Jirachi and Deoxys, Prof. Birch may give you 1 of 3 Johto starters. You can pick only ONE, so pick cautiously.
