He was talking about Missingno. He said that Missingno reminded him of Lugia. So, you see, speaking of what Missingo reminds you of also means you are speaking of Missingno.

Anyways, as someone said on the last page (which was actually a few months ago >_<) about it only being in two million copies, I'm not sure I think that's true. I got the game only two years ago, so I'm pretty sure it was later than the two millionth one.

Also, another reason why I don't think it's true is because on the Mew trick Nintendo said that catching it could mess your game up and it wouldn't be like the true Mew. However, I had to catch it, as much as I can't stand legendary pokemon, the purpose was to complete my pokedex. Anyways, when I caught it, my game was perfectly normal (until I messed with Missingno XD) and my Mew was just like the "true" Mew.
