Yeah, everyone already knows about this already. ^.=.^ I was a Level 21 Dragon, but...then the client refused to play on my PC.
And not to backseat mod, but shouldn't this be in the Media section?

I'm pretty sure you have to be like, Level 30 and spend several million Galder to create a guild. =\
