To be honest with you, this didn't hold my attention span for very long. I've watched DBZ, the T.V. show a hand full of times and I can't say I fully understand what is happening here. It would be excellent if you added a background music to the fighting. I liked the sound effects.
Over all, it was a great effort you put into this. I noticed it was a little slow, you should add shorter frame rates maybe? I didn't understand parts where everything just seemed to pause, but great work.

My criticism is just an opinion. I think you put a lot of effort into this.
Using a GIF animation program to make sprite frames like this might prove an easier task. I wouldn't recommend Windows Movie Maker to put together a sprite slide show like this. Its usually used to put movies together, movie clips from video cameras, computer hyper cams, etc. Its a must if you want to add music, sound effects, and or save it in a movie type file.
Right now, I'm not sure where to get a free Gif animation program. Theres many Gif animation programs that offer free trials. What you have done with this is an incredible feat using the programs you used.
