Mario and Luigi: Brotherly Love takes place a little while after Paper Mario 2. This is the basic storyline for a game me, boomiester, and his buddy are making. It's an adventure/ RPG type game. Ill explain the details later. =P
"MARIO GET UP NOW!!!!" Luigi screamed as a Banzai Bill careened into his window. Mario woke up and dived aside as the Banzai found it's new target, Luigi. He screamed and ran out the door as the banzai was tailing on him. Luigi jumped and was blown away by the explosion of the large missile. Mario rushed out the door and past the remains of the Banzai, "Luigi! LUIGIIIII!" Luigi was up on a ledge and called, "I'm okie Mario!" Mario looked back at the Banzai and found that a piece was un-fazed by the explosion and he picked it up. It was a slab with a message, 'GWAHAHAHA! Mario, Mario, Mario. What have you gotten yourself into now? HAHAHA if you haven't guessed, it's yours truly, Bowser King of Koopas! I am so getting tired of this...cut to the chase. Ive kidnapped all of your stupid buddies and Peach...again!!! Wooooo, and I bet your probably like "Oh no what will we do now!? Psyche. LETS GO WHOOP THAT KOOPA FREAK!" Well think again you idiotic plumber! Your just about as screwed as a Yoshi with it's tongue stuck in a pipe! And I'm prepared this time! I'm set on a different continent where you'll never find me...without the seven orbs from my koopaling's wands at least! HA!!! So you better get busy Mario and greeny boy! Or else you'll never see your friends again! The first Orb is at grass land' Mario tossed the slab away, "Luigi, let's go...we've got a Koopa to crush." Luigi climbed off the ledge and joined up with his brother brushing the dust off his clothes. "Mario...what about the house? It's trashed!" Mario looked at their house then at the sky. "We've got more important things to worry about right now Luigi, " he replied. "We gotta save Yoshi and Peach...again. Luigi sighed but then smiled, "Well, at least we finally get to go on another adventure, huh Mario?" Mario smiled also, "Luigi, I've never told you this but, your the best brother anyone could have." Luigi hugged Mario crying like a baby, "Marioooooo," Mario patted his brother's back, then grabbed a pair of mushrooms, Fire Flowers, and a Power Star from a chest hidden in the bushes. "I knew these would come in handy," Mario said. "Let's-a go!" Luigi felt through his pockets as Mario walked on and found a picture of him, Mario, Peach, Yoshi, Daisy, and Toad cheering and said to himself sighing, "Sigh, it's been so long since our last adventure...Bowser will pay for capturing our friends!!" Luigi put the picture back in his pocket and ran up to Mario. "We gotta long journey ahead of us. But we gotta do this or we'll never see them again," Luigi said. "Your pretty confident Luigi," Mario looked over the horizon as the sun was coming up. "Let's-a go Mario!" Luigi ran ahead of him and Mario tied a bag full of the flowers mushrooms and power star and flung it over his shoulder then ran with Luigi on their first adventure in a long time.
