You know what, I know a site where you could have watched Mario cartoons. Unfortunately for you, the site no longer works and the cartoons will no longer be up for download. I'm sorry, that was the only place I knew where I could watch them, but now it's too late. Maybe, if you search for a while, you may find another website, but that's not very likely, however. If you, Soul, or anybody else has any of the cartoons, feel free to post them on this site. We would all be quite grateful!!! Besides, it would be our only chance to hear and see Yoshi actually talk english, not growl and make dinosaur noises like in today's games.

I only have 12 episodes of that old Mario Bros. cartoon including one that was ripped by my friend for me personally. If any of you guys want what I got, send me an instant message over AIM and I can send whatever . I have: Never Koop a Koopa King Scoopa Koopa (old time favorite) Mama Luigi The Night before Cave Christmas The Ugly Mermaid Party Line (another old time favorite) Little Red Riding Princess (one that my friend recorded for me) Send in the Clown Mario and the Beanstalk Mario Meets Koop-Zilla Wheel Thing The Yoshi Shuffle It's funny how in Mario Meets Koop-Zilla, they got their Chinese and Japanese cultures mixed up. Their knowledge of Japanese culture is pretty bad, too (the city is called Sayonara).

What drastic fate has bestowed upon you Yoshiken. What virus was it anyway? I hate viruses, I don't understand why they were created in the first place!

Stupid, stupid, stupid worm viruses. I hate them, every single one of them. I have had viruses before but only the ones that simply take up space in your CPU. Thank goodness! So, how did you catch it, virus in email I presume?

Um... guys. Let's try to stay away from the "stupids", remember we must set a good example for new guests and members! As moderators (and administrator) we have to make sure the guests and members follow the right path and stay on topic. Oh and hey Teh Yoshi, maybe you can somehow lend us your cartoons. We would be pleasured to watch them right guys?

You two guys should stay away from the habit of making small posts possibly to raise your post count . Besides, you two are moderators that should set good examples, right? Anyway... Ahhh! The good ol' days of Super Mario Bros. the cartoon. I remember watching them on a Saturday morning. When did they appear on TV? Like around 1991? That was like before kindergarten for me . The only three episodes I can faintly remember without watching them on my computer were King Koopa Scoopa, Party Line, and hardly anything from The Night before Cave Christmas. Those were pretty interesting. Geez, back then, I never knew how television schedules worked, and I just kept watching TV randomly almost every morning just to see if that show is on or not (I don't even know what channel it was on!). Now that I look back on them (12-13 years later!!), those cartoons seem so strangely made now. Yoshi had a strange voice, and I never did liked his cheeks in that show. Oh well, I'll miss that show.

You could try the good 'ol peer to peer networks like Kazaa or WinMX. I use those and have gotten a bunch of T.V. eps. I remember watchin' Mario cartoons back when the Family Channel was still around. I agree with tehyoshi about Yoshi's looks. He was just very out of proportion. I did like his voice, though. I also used to be able to do his voice pretty well. By the way, I agree it's good we're trying to set a good example for people that join in the future, but how come you got offended by yoshiken's comment about virues? Now if someone targeted another member by saying he/she was stupid that would be a whole other ball game, but he was just speaking his mind about viruses.

I have all of the SMW episodes that were available at frazled.com/~danny/fmario.htm (now offline), and also a few others. I have a huge hard disk so I don't mind them sitting there (about 390 MB). Maybe I should upload them... Anyway, in most of these episodes Yoshi looks real, real bad. But yeah, his voice is fun to listen to. There is one episode in which he looks fairly good though ( "A little learning" ). Well, I've never been victim of a virus... In fact I saved a few of them because I thought they were nice. Of course, I changed their extensions so that they can't be executed accidentally. I would like to analyze their code once I learn how to. (And NO, I'm not planning on writing a virus or anything!). Remember: Viruses are programs with evil purposes, nothing more. Here are a few episodes for your downloading pleasure, courtesy of yoshilore.com: www.yoshilore.com/Yoshi_Videos.php

Sure, the dialog is cheesy, and the art is inconsistent at best, but... ya just gotta love the old Mario World cartoons! I think my favorite episode (and one of the few that I could remember from way back when,) is "Mama Luigi."
