Sleep RP

[Teo]

"I understood that convincing every part of your body allows you to do anything. Unfortunately, walking on water is too difficult. On the other hand, if you can convince your mind only while your body is at rest, you can do anything easier. Let's try warping."

He focused for a minute and made his head glow. The light flowed to the rest of the body and ran through Josh. Teo had gotten out of the dream through Joshes body!

"Well, I tried, but I don't think it was succesful."

Then he turned around and there stood Josh, cape and all.

"Looks can be deceiving."

[ShroudedYoshi]

So in theory we could warp through the wall to the outside? ::thinks, furrowing his brow:: It's a little confusing how you explained it to me.

[Teo]

"No, we're out of the dream completely. You're in a state where your dream body, which is more like your mind and soul, left the rest of the body, but your body is still sleeping, so anything you can do in a dream you can do now. Watch."

He multiplied himself and surrounded Josh.

All Teo's: See?

[ShroudedYoshi]

So the moment I desire something or for something to happen it will?

[Teo]

"You have to convince yourself it's happening before it actually happens."

[ShroudedYoshi]

Oh, ok. I get it now. So where are we now?

[Teo]

"I think the real world, unless I excpected something to go horribly wrong when I took us out of the dream. Anyway, I wake up in a few hours, so I'll leave wherever I am and go back to where I started."

He looks outside. They were in a castle looking upon a village, with people's chat boxes above their heads.

"I have to stop playing interactive medieval games."

[ShroudedYoshi]

::Smiles:: Okay. Maybe I'll see ya around. ::Josh walks off, looking around at the bizzare dreams of other people. He wondered when he would awaken and if the ghost things that he had seen before were really in his dream, or if they were in that specific dream only.::

[Teo]

"Hey look! These are other people! We can actually talk with them!"

Teo walks up to a guy in full armor.

"Excuse me, do you know where the witch is?"

Person in armor's chat box: I'll tell you 4 50 gp.

"Couldn't we have started on the learning island?"

dragoon: woh am i dreaming, i must be there's my body.!!!!!! i'm seperated from my body, where am i going. wait i'm entering a world of some sort.

Teo's pattern started to go scribbly.

"GAH! What's going on?"

He was losing his color.

"Wha...?"

He became a black color and a scratching sound was heard. The black figure disappeared.

"YAAAAAH!" Teo screamed as he woke up from his bed. "Did I really...Succeed?" He looked over by his desk, a small red and blue rock was there. "And if I'm correct..." He lifted his right hand and so did the rock. "Oh...My...GOSH! THIS IS GREAT! WOOHOO!!" His Mom came in. "You're still in bed? You're going to be late for school!" "Sorry mom!" His mom left him and he put his hands out. Clothes were coming out in a normal outfit, yellow shirt covering an undershirt, shorts, and as soon as he snapped, he was in his clothes. He went downstairs.

"That was fast." Said his mom. "What's for breakfast?" "I had time to make pancakes." "Wow!" He sat down and a plate of steaming pancakes came, three large mastifs. He gobbled them up quickly as her mother ate slowly. "I'm off to school!" "Okay, your bike's in the garage!" He said goodbye and went in the garage. A bag appeared in his hand. "I'll be even early." He took out a few stones from a distance, each with a unique sign on them. They vanished and Teo was in the bathroom of the school. He went out as the crrisp morning air greeted him. He went to his locker, dropped off his stuff, and went out to play. He saw a game of basketball and decided to join.

"You're on their team, it's us three against all." A kid said. "That simplifies things." Teo said. His team was behind 10 shots, and only 15 were attempted that whole game. So far. "Hey pass!" He said to a tall boy. "No, I'll pass to you later." He said. Later never came, the shot missed, the ball was stolen, and the team was behind 11 shots. "Can I have it?" Teo repeated to a smaller kid. "Shut the (censored) up! You think I give a (censored)?" He dribbled down the course, but stopped when the other team crowded around him. The ball was stolen, and the team was behind 12 shots. Teo at last had it. He bounced it against the pole and slowly dribbled against the course. He started running and dribbling and the other team crowded. Teo and the ball went right through. I mean, through. Teo jumped, made the shot...It roled around the rim... and...It roled out. The ball was stolen, and the team was...11 shots behind??? Another teammate blocked out all the crowding three player team while another kid picked the ball up, shot, and scored.

The other team didn't sware or get mad, they just picked the ball, bounced it against their pole, and came down the field. They passed all the defence, fouling a few with no referee there, and the shot was about to make it when it swerved to the side and Teo caught it. He dribbled down the field, but the others were faster. Teo stopped suddenly, the other team passed him, and as the tallest opponent was turning to his right, Teo passed by his left and shot, score! The game went on with a slight edge to the larger team. It was finally tied up, almost. 25 to 23. Behind by one shot. Teo had it again. The team this time just stayed where they were, doing their fancy twists and fakes. A kid watching started a countdown. Class was almost here. 5 seconds, Teo made a half court attempt, but it was too strong and high! It would go over, way over. Teo raised his hand, and the ball at its height, plumeted towards the hoop. Swish! After that, the bell rang, and Teo woke up in bed. But not his.

guide: [happily] you fell asleep.
dragoon: [more questioning] can i get back.
guide: [answering mood] certaintly.
dragoon: [you should know by now] how.
gudie: [happily] to a gate north of here, but you need to use 3 magic stars, the 11 elemental stones(earth,fire,wind,water,metal,light,darkness,wood,ice,
ghost,and shadow), and a time watch.
dragoon: [adventureous] a new adventure,sweet.

::Josh was walking along, seeing very strange sights everywhere. People with huge icecream sundays so big they were snowboarding on them, people driving strange contraptions, and just strange things wandering about. He began wondering how many people knew they were in a dream. He decided that this was time wasted to be staying there wondering, and he walked into a conveniently placed forest to experiment with his psychic abilities. Once he was comfortably surrounded in the forest, he focused his energy and began ripping up trees whole from the ground and shredding them, making quite a big of noise. He enjoyed it though, loving how powerful he was in the dream realm::

[Teo]

"WAAAH!" A puppet like his mom was coming near him. He woke up again. "Just another dream." He saw the rock he made earlier on his bedside table. The blue and red could be seen swirling around. "It did work!" He went up, grabbed the stone, and was warped to yoshi's island on tp of a tree. "Woah! Turbulence!" He slipped on a bannana near the tree top and fell on the ground. He shook his head and looked out ahead. A village, like when he was asleep..."That must be Josh's house!" He went into a house, unwelcomed, and creeped upstairs according to the ghost dream josh had had. "Obviously his house should look the same as the dream." He snuck upstairs and there was josh, sleeping on a bed. "WHO ARE YOU?" A voice said behind. "Eep! Josh's mom!" Teo ran out the window, but it was two stories. Just before hitting the ground he floated slightly and reduced his fall. He then sprinted away into the forest. "Good thing I didn't show my face...She's probably going to wake Josh and tell him all about it."

Josh woke up suddenly, right in the middle of dreaming from the sound of an "eep!", and his mother yelling. Just in time to see someone jump out his window. Rushing to his window, he saw the person sprinting away into the woods. He stood there for a moment, and watched the figure dissapear into the woods. Luckily there was no school that day, so after calming down his mother, he dressed and got a backpack with his adventuring stuff (Which was mostly just random foodstuffs anyway.) He decided to go out into the woods and find the intruder. For some reason, when he had passed, he had felt...something. Like the person was somewhat familiar. He went to the side of his house and saw slight indentations in the ground. He used a little trick he had learned with his psychic powers and clouded his eyes, and in doing so he saw a bright red aura trail leading into the forest. Whoever it was was a lively and spirited person. As he approached the forest, the trail got thinner. Peering into the woods first, he slowly advanced into the foilage.

[Teo]

"Huff! Huff! Wow! It's so big here! a rainforest practically!" Teo kept on running. "All this space...this air...this openness! Except for the woods." Teo ran and ran, not from anything anymore, but for fun. He looked at all the trees and greens, and saw a banana up a tree. Then a few apples, then a couple grape vines, and then the whole shabam! Every fruit gathered near one spot. Teo couldn't resist. He helped himself to a handful of grapes and ate them one by one. "If only...Wait...This isn't a dream! HOORAY!" Birds flew. "Oops, too loud." Teo suddenly felt tired. "Yawn! i've been running around and I get to do anything I want, I might as well enjoy it. He swiveled around a few trees looking for a cozy spot. He climbed a few, but didn't like it so went to another tree top after another. Nope. Then he saw. Right in front, the perfect spot. A large hole in a tall tree. Inside it was soft. Teo went in and took a nap. Well, he tried. Turned out uncomfortable to be rolled up as a human so he turned into a yoshi at will. "Wow...That came true too, and look, I curl up fine with no cramp whatsoever!" He curled up, lying his head on his new tail and slept.

Smiling, Josh climbed well over all the roots and bushes. This was his place, his domain. He spent more time here than anywhere else, and he knew the paths and motions of the woods and it's animals better than anything else. Tracking the mysterious figure was easy, and when he reached a small pile of fruit leftovers, he knew that the person was nearby. He peered around until he heard the shallow breathing of one who is asleep. He decided to test his powers outside of the dream, and picked himself up to view higher. He was surprised at how easy it was, and almost yelped as he effortlessly rose into the air. Immediately he was facing a sleeping yoshi in the tree in front of him. He was curled into a position he himself liked a lot, and was sound asleep. Josh waited there, suspended in the air, watching him sleep, waiting until he awoke so as not to let him get away. Peering up, he noticed the same fruits that the other yoshi must have eaten, and used his tongue to grab a couple while he waited.

[Teo]

OOC: sorry! vacation.

"YAWN!" What a nice nap. Oops, I'm still in my Pj's. Teo slowly turned his head to see a yoshi there. Teo let out his air in shock. "Uh...Hello?" Do yoshi's speak english or only yoshi? And if only yoshi, which language am I speaking now?

Startled himself by the yoshi's sudden awakening, he jumped back a bit, still hovering, and leaned against the tree branches like he was firmly standing on ground but was only on air. "Um...hi....You ran through my house earlier." Putting on a provacative look, Josh then added, "And you felt somehow familiar. Are you psychic? Or have some other power, because you look different then when you ran through my house. you appear to be a Yoshi now..."

OOc: Yoshi's speak english silly, you've never watched a Mario Brothers cartoon? Despite the loss of my hand-eye coordination, I'm still pretty talented at painting words onto grains of rice. though they do a poor job of representing yoshi...

OOC: My character doesn't know that.

"Yeah, real long story with lots of twists and I don't even know the half of what's been happening. All I remember is that I finally after years got out of my body during a dream which gave me the power to do anything at will...and I visited yoshi's island. I gave myself abilities and powers to my regular body in case I would wake up...and I did. Then I created a stone to go to yoshi's island...OH SHOOT!" Teo thought shocked. "I ONLY MADE THE STONE ONE WAY!"
