Smiling, Josh said, "Sounds like you're between a rock and a fun place huh?" Then he realised that the other yoshi couldn't get back to where he came. If he WAS a Yoshi even. Skeptically, he peered at the other Yoshi. "So....are you even a Yoshi? Er, sorry, (where are my manners) I'm Josh. What's your name?"

[Teo]

"Josh...Sounds so...Familiar...My name's Teo. And you're right, I'm not originally a yoshi. That's where I saw you! I saw you in a dream...when I had finally come out...my theory WAS right! People can have the same dreams because people share a dream world! And since the dream world allows to do anything and everything, I left it keeping the ability to do everything until I actually woke up! Now I decided to come to a place I've always wanted...yoshi's island! Unfortunately, my mom's going to be worried sick...soooooo worried. *sniff.*"

[ShroudedYoshi]

"Teo...teo..." Josh played around with the word in his head until something came up. "Oh, that's who you are! Teo! This is so cool!" Smiling and jumping around a little, still floating and looking very silly. Then he got more serious as Teo mentioned his mom. "Umm...you could try doing what you did last time to get back home. What DID you do anyway? Maybe I could visit the place you came from."

[Teo]

"I could try, but it took me several years! The only way I succeeded was to get JETLAG so I could get into an extra deep and long sleep to give myself enough time. And since I have no idea where this world is. All I know is that it's the same size as the earth I know because gravity is the same and I'm at a place possibly created from a japanese man's, well, creation. I dunno how I'm going to get back! But while I'm here...I might as well enjoy it." Teo thought. "Oh, and this is the stone." Teo searched his Pj's pocket and found the blue and red stone. "Dunno how to inverse it...or make it two ways. I got it to work by holding it out. doesn't work."

Taking in all the information, Josh thought for a moment. "So you're stuck here? Well, maybe 'stuck' isn't the best word for it, but...you could proabably stay with me if you need to stay somewhere."

[Teo]

"Thanks, but I don't think your mom would aprove...I ran into your house and hopped out the window...and I can't hide if I correctly guessed at the sense in a yoshi's nose. I think I'm just going to find another way. All this space...I'm bound to find SOMETHING." Then he thought... "Wait...I'm too used to being on top of the food chain. Are there any predators here?"

Josh answered, "Yeah, but if you can turn yourself into a Yoshi you wouldn't smell the same right?" While Teo spoke, Josh thought. 'This Teo was in a pretty hairy predicament.' He said to himself. 'No way to get home, a family that was proabably worried...' Then Teo mentioned predators and he turned to face him. "Predators? Hah! We Yoshi have no reason to fear anything on our island! Nothing would want to attack us, much less eat us. It's more fun to play." he said, smiling brightly.

[Teo]

"Whew! I thought there would be something out there that eats yoshi's for breakfast like one of those bone dragon things or maybe some giant monster. And...I don't believe the change is one way... Lesse..." Teo concentrated and slowly shifted. In a minute, he was full human. "Hehey! It works! I half expected to end up a gooey blob!" He changed back again and was a yoshi once more. "It's funny I can do this...wow. Do you still mind if I stay at your place?"

[ShroudedYoshi]

"Eat us for breakfast?" Giving Teo a funny look, he added, "I hope nothing would want to eat us. Anyway, of course you can stay. I offered you to in the first place silly!" and with that he smiled and floated gently to the ground, gathering his sense of direction quickly and beckoning for Teo to follow. "I'll have to talk to my mom about it first though, of course. But I'm sure she won't mind. I'll think of some story."

[Teo]

"Some story...I hope not at the last minute! That's how I failed all my long term projects." Teo followed on foot, seeing what was along the way, taking in everything he saw.I've never been so relaxed and stress free! It feels as if I finished school for good, will never have any problems for the rest of my life, and just do whatever whenever! I hope...

[ShroudedYoshi]

Josh hovered along just slightly in front of Teo, thinking deeply for some story he would tell his Mother. Suddenly, he yelled out, "Oh yeah! I forgot!" He turned to Teo and spoke excitedly. "I forgot my Mother is going on a trip! I'll be left alone in the house for a week! She's got to take care of one of my grandmothers for something, I forget what. That should make it easier, for a little while at least."

[Teo]

OOC: Are we the only two left in this RP?

"That eliminates a few 'troubles.' But isn't it illegal to leave a kid alone in a house for an extended period of time." Then he thought..."Ignore that...I don't know how to even tell a child from a grownup here. I'm so incredibly used to seeing different fashions in school as people grew older and stuff...but here, it's different." They arrived at the houses when Teo stalled. "Umm...this neighbor hood seems familiar...but I can't remember which house was which..."

Heh, you don't remember where the house you ran through is? Let's go. We ended up a while down the road than where my house is anyway." As the two traveled down the road to Josh's house, Josh was called out by various friends he knew, and though most didn't really know Teo they still yelled out, "Hi new guy!" Josh wasn't particularly embarrasses by this for he was Yoshi anyway and knew customs. He just kept going and thought about the occourances recently.

[Teo]

"Hi people I don't know!" Everyone is sooo friendly! "No, I don't remember which house I ran out of." Teo wondered on what to do next. Go to the beach? Take a walk in the forest? Or...Or... He saw yoshi's with backpacks and a feeling of dread came over him. A feeling he though he had left behind. One he might have to face again. "School..."

[ShroudedYoshi]

"What was that Teo? School? What's that?" Josh said quickly and eagerly. It sounded fun! "What's 'school' Teo? Is it something fun from your world?" He smiled and waited eagerly.

[Teo]

Teo's jaw dropped. "But...The yoshi's with backpacks...I'd think there was school..."

[ShroudedYoshi]

"We wear backpacks to put stuff in. And look anyway, Kirin doesn't have a backpack. Kirin! 'morning!" Josh said as he waved to Kirin. "What is this 'school' though? I still don't know what you are talking about." he cocked his head to the side and waited for an answer.

[Teo]

"YAY!" Teo cried a bit too loud. His voice went back to normal. "oops. Well, school is a place where you're supposed to learn stuff, but they make you go and study things you DON'T like wether you like it or not, seven hours a day, five days a week. I absolutely despise it! But now there's no school here which means I get an extended break! WOOHOO!!!" oops.

Josh made a horrified face. "How terrible! They force you to?" he grimaced and said, "I guess we are lucky huh." Then he smiled and said, "The only thing we have that is anything close to that is Learning, but that's just in the morning sometimes. And I think it's fun anyway."
