Muha! I think this may be interesting. I was suddenly hit one day with a great idea:
Bowser has turned Yoshi's Islands into a nightmare. He has caused every single Yoshi on the Islands to get amnesia due to a gigantic energy wave he created. Now, the Yoshies have no idea who or what they are, no idea what eggs, Koopas, and the strange island they're on(Yoshi's Island). Most of all, they do not know who Bowser is. They only know one thing: They have to find a meaning for their existance.
I scrambled frantically away from the blast Bowser was charging. My whole world suddenly flashed before my eyes, and I blacked out...
I woke up. It was late afternoon. What happened? I thought. All I remembered was... a great flash of light. Nothing else. I sat up, groaned, and stood. I seemed to be near a river. Time to look for anything else that was living.

Kara lookd up as everyone seemed to be in a panic about something and saw some sort of wave coming right at her anbd evyone else. she wasnt scared of it like evyone else, it hit and she vblacked out and she woke up felling a bit odd, she couldnt remember mutch of anything. she fiddled with her collar and desided to wander oiff but sshe hjeaded twoared bowers castle without knowing it

"What the heck is that thing!" I yelled out as I ran, trying to escape this odd force that went along at great speed. I looked back as I ran, I seemed to be running away at the same speed, though I wondered if I could escape this forever, I had no clue how long this would go on, if it passed the land mass area and part of the way in the water, I'd lose ground, I'm not the ablest of runner. Then again, if I had some sudden rotten luck while I ran, then things would---- my train of thoughts stopped as I tripped over a tree root on the ground.
"Me and my big mouth," I muttered, as the energy hit me, causing me to black out.
I slowly came to, opening my eyes, looking around still lying on the ground. I slowly sat up, getting a better view of my surroundings, then it hit me. Where the heck am I? ... More importantly, who AM I? I couldn't help but to feel a tad afraid of the situation, I tried hard to remember, but nothing came to me.

*slowly opens eyes* Whoa.... What happened? *sits up and rubs head* Ouch.... Where am I? ...Wait a tek... Who am I? Um... *looks around, and sees YW, Then calls to him* Hey, um... Where am I?

red.yoshi wakens from a ditch in the ground, not knowing were he is, who he is, or what he is. he scambles out, and sits down on the ditches edge thinking.

I turned around, seeing a yellow yoshi call out, and I seemed to be the only one around, so I figured she was talking to me, and I slowly got to my feet, and made my way to her. I looked on at her, really wanting to be able to answer her question, but even I didn't know where I was, nor what I was, nor who I was... it was highly annoying me.
"I can't answer that, since I don't have the faintest clue either." I looked at the ground, kicking some dirt slightly, and sighed.

Toshi had woken up, "What the?" he stood up and nursed his head, "Ugh....what happened here?" He walked around calling out "Hello? Is anyone around here? hello?" He kept on searching for any other Yoshi around who will hopefully hear him...

As I was walking along the river, I heard someone calling out. Maybe he could help with my dilemma. I walked in the direction of the voice and saw a blue... thing. I looked down at my hands. I was green. I looked up again and walked up to the blue thing. "Hi. I'm... ummm..." Wait a second. Who was I? "Never mind... do you have any idea where we are?" The blue thing seemed as clueless as I was. I was probably about as much help to him as he was to me.

Kara wandered off and away from the city, she saw other things lsomewhat like her but not quite, she seemed differnt than all the tohers so she had a felling it was best not to ask anyone and stay out of site. she had this odd felling there was something in the dorection she was heading that might help. after manny hours of wandering she came upon boweswers castle. it was relly creepy and kara was nervous but this polace seemed familour somehow. she gatherd up her courage and knocked on the door hoing whoever lived there knew who and what she was

the door to the castle opened and big bad bower ansewered the door, he growled "what do you want?" she whimpered and whines "Um, not know who me am, you help plese?" boswere gtumbled looking down at the terafyed kara and noticed her collar with her name on it, he thoiugh this could be usefull to have a yoshi work for him. "Please forgive me, I havnt been in the best of mood lately, I was expecting you. Your name is Kara, Kara Koopa. You were sent here to be trained as a guard to keep me safe from those nasty evil yoshis who are always trying to hurt me." he smiles and helped her inside and fed her convincing her toataly that he's her friend and all the other things that looked like her somewhat where bad

I slumped to the ground beside the yellow yoshi, and knew that it wouldn't lead to much, since we both seemed to not remember a thing, but, "We both look the same, but you're yellow, and I'm blue, but we both look alike, so we're probably from the same place, but maybe not from this place, I don't remember this place at all, but I don't even remember what I am, or who I am... ugh... it's so annoying."

"What was what all about?" Toshi looked on at the green yoshi, "Man...something happened here and no one remembers?" Toshi sat on a large boulder, and started to wheep, "Whats going on!!! Is this just a dream? Or is it in fact reality! I remember who i am, but i have forgotten where i am and all of my past memories have gone" Toshi put his head onto his hands, covering his eyes, then tears began dripping through his fingers, "Someone must surely know what has happened!"

"There was something about running..." I said, trying to remember. "Don't cry." I said, sitting down next to the blue thing. "That won't get us anywhere... We need to be doing something. Maybe there's someone around here that can help us..." I gazed around, then shouted, "HELLO!?" hoping someone would hear.

I perked my head up, having heard someone shout, it was vague, but I was sure I had heard someone. I got to my feet, looking in the direction of the shout, then looked at the yellow yoshi beside me, "Let's go check it out, there might be some that know where, who, what, when, how, heck, everything!" I slowly started to make my way over to the shout's starting point, hoping I'd find answers.

red.yoshi turned around the bend, and found a green dinosaur like creature shouting. he ran over.
red.yoshi: hello?
red.yoshi shut his mouth quickly. the way he spoke - it was very strange, sort of high pitched. he didnt know why he was talking to 2 dinosaurs. he looked down and gasped at himself. he was one of them. red.yoshi faints from the shock.

"What the..." the red thing fainted. I was confused. What was wrong with me and the blue one? I got off the boulder to help the unconcious thing. I shouted again, hoping someone else could hear.
