It widened until it was a little larger than himself. <Looks like you guys may have to crawl.> He jumped through, then the hole started sucking the rest of them in.

The portal started sucking me in. It was stronger than when I was being dragged into the shadows. I got real low and crawled into the hole. Where I was next was an even bigger mystery... It was initially pitch black...

Unfortunately, the rip was sideways in comparison to the light world. Charon fell out, then the pull of gravity changed and he landed on his back. <That was really wierd...> He got up right before another Yoshi landed on him. He hadn't noticed that one before...

<How'd you...?> Enrique had landed on his feet. <Unh... my head hurts...> The bright light confused Charon. <I think we're back in your world... about five minutes before you appeared in mine...> Charon looked around a corner, and saw another Enrique struggling to not get sucked into a large shadow. He was holding on to something green... Charon shook his head. Was the light playing tricks on his mind?

The sight was weird. I was standing there, and trying to save Champ at the same time. How could this be possible? "Doesn't it seem as if that portal also sent us... back in time? Was it a... time travelling portal?"
