I'd like to start a Pokemon Tourney, but we need contestants first. I want you to state your name and your 4 Pokemon. All entries will be at Lv40. No level-ups. These are double-battles, BTW. Mine are: Kyogre (genderless) [Drizzle] Surf: Works well with Drizzle Brick Break: Great for pesky "walls" Ice Beam: A nifty Ice move Thunder: Another good Drizzle mate Latias (female) [Levitate] Thunderbolt: Just 'cuz Mist Ball: Her specialty Earthquake: ...BAM!!! Ice Beam: Need I speak? Ho-oh (genderless) [Pressure] Flamethrower: When I got it, it was Lv70. Psychic: A good Psychc move Giga Drain: Life-sucker. Earthquake: Most of my team floats. Mewtwo (genderless) [Pressure] Psychic: DUR. Ice Beam: Why else? Rock Tomb: U R slow! Giga Drain: I SUCK YOUR LIFE AWAY! Togetic (male) [Serene Grace] Flamethrower: Burny burn burn BURN! Aerial Ace: Shhhhwipe!! Psychic: Boosh!! Water Pulse: Confusion rate is doubled.
EDIT: Props to Teo, The teamset is now five per player. C'mon Teo, that's the number of Pokémon in a regular Double-Battle in Battle Mode, last I played Colosseum.

Although this is a Yoshi place, I'll join with a party of my favorite five, one I will not include for every battle (why do you choose the count?? because it suits you?).
Dragonite (male) Shed skin. Fire blast, (powerful flames, might burn) Will-o-wisp, (no damage, surely burns) Hyper beam, (Very powerful, gotta reload next turn) Attract. (if the foe is opposite gender, he is infatuated and might not attack. 50:50 chance on those genderless)
Dragonite (female) Shed skin I recal. Ice beam (Powerful, chance of freezing) Water pulse (may confuse, not very powerful) Hyper beam (Very powerful, user has to rest next turn) Attract. (if the foe is opposite gender, he is infatuated and might not attack. 50:50 chance on those genderless)
Zapdos (genderless) Pressure special. Thunderbolt: Powerful electric attack, may paralyze foe. Drill peck: Powerful fly attack. Mirror move: Repeats last move used by foe. Hyper beam: Powerful attack that forces user to rest next turn.
Articuno: (genderless) Pressure special. Ice beam: Powerful blast of ice that might freeze foe. Drill peck: Powerful drilling attack. Metronome: Random attack. Hyper beam: I go mad on them, you know what it does by now.
Raichu: (Female) Static special. Thunderbolt: Powerful electric attack. Dig: You won't believe how this comes in handy. Mega punch: A power packed sock, quite strong. Mega kick: A horribly powerful kick with a 75% chance of a hit.
Raichu's fighting move came in really handy on a daily basis when I played.

No no no, Teo. You can stay in. Maybe we'll allow the five-set, maybe we not...

None of your Pokémon's move look too invincible. I'm sure someone else here has a good Ice move for the Dragonites and Zapdos. Plus some hard Physical-type moves for Raichu and Electric for Articuno.
BTW, Mega Punch and Mega KIck are Normal-type moves.
EDIT: I guess we could start.
