I scowled as Mecha went on about Shy Guys. I suddenly felt as if the Shy Guy had become my responsibility. The little guy shouldn't have to die in a kitchen late at night like this.
I heard yet another set of footprints behind me. I took a step to block the door from the Yoshi as he came- Red, I discovered- but it would be hard keeping the Shy Guy out of sight from opposite sides.

I had my nose buried in the cookbook. There were quite a few good shyguy recipes to try, so it was too bad there was no shyguy around. I heard a scuffling to my right as I opened the fridge and took out a few apples, but figured it must by Yoshee. I then turned to go back to my room. Boy, was I sleepy.

Log 5d: It's not over till it's over.
I sighed gladly when I saw the Yoshi pull out a few apples and turn back to the door. I thought it was safe enough to stand up no I quickly pushed up. The problem was, I was under a chair and my head pushed the chair behind me making it fall back. It even fell back into the dishes making the crash even louder!

I heard the loud crash, but I was too tired to care about what made it, so, I continued to my room. When I got there, I ate the apples, and went to sleep.

Red poked his head over Yoshee's shoulders, trying to see what the commotion was about, and bid goodnight again to Mecha as he walked past tiredly. "Anything wrong?" He asked in a scratchy voice which lacked a decent amount of sleep.

"Oh, nothing," I said to Red conversationally. "Midnight snack. Just because I'm a girl doesn't mean I'm not allowed to eat."
The Shy Guy was making this harder and harder. Why couldn't he just stay put?

I was having a dream. Schizo was in it.
"There will be a fourth member of your group soon. He'll be a shyguy. He must stay alive as only he can dispel the curses around the three towers." Schizo said calmly. Then, I woke up. I ran to the kitchen to tell Yoshee about my dream.

That was quick, I thought, grinning at Mecha as he came running into the kitchen about five minutes later. As soon as I saw the look on his face, though, my amusement faded.
"What's up?" I asked him. It was a question, not a greeting.

I frowned as I told them about my dream. "I guess this means I won't be able to have the shyguy as a snack then." I said a bit sadly afterwards.

I stepped aside at Red's question, giving the Shy Guy no more hiding space. He was bound to be discovered anyways- apparently "stealth" didn't exist with this guy.
At least he won't get eaten by any of us, now, I thought, folding my arms in front of my chest and glancing back and forth between the two Yoshis and the Shy Guy.

"Huh?" I said, looking at the shyguy in confusion. "Where'd you come from?" Then, without waiting for an answer, I told everybody. "Well, the introductions can wait until morning. I'm going back to bed." Then, I went back to my room.

I held out my hand and shook Red.yoshi's. "Okay, if you say so." I said. I scratched my head and asked, "Look, I can't remember what happened to me, I don't know how I got here, or why I am here, but I need to find out. I can only remember one thing, but I can't remember who or what he is. Do you two know who King Koopa is?"

I glanced at Red at the mention of King Koopa.
"Yeah, he's the head honcho of the Koopas here. We know him as Bowser," I explained. "Don't know why you would be looking for him, though. I thought you guys came out of a toybox or something."

"They are turtles, mercenaries of the King Bowser." Red said in a serious tone. "They are normally dim-witted creatures, but something makes me think that Bowser has made sure they could be loyal protectors." Then Red thought back to the dream he had the night before his homeland was ruined. "I have a feeling that there are a few Bowser impersonators before we manage to meet the real one causing this destruction face to face."

I couldn't sleep and went back down just in time to hear Red's prediction.
"Me too." I yawned. "We might even find out who this experiment 777 is." I said,looking thoughtful. "It's been bothering me for a while. I feel as if I should know who or what experiment 777 is, but I don't." I was a bit puzzled. To tell the truth I'd been thinking about what the Koopas said on the island for quite a while.
