Hmmm this is a toughy but I can think of some from my games.
Doom 3:

This next part is hard to explain, but its when you go in a hallway later in the game after following bloody footprints

that is a hard one..... Possibly----"Return the blade.....complete the circle....Release me from this prison!" I dunno note-Bet only about 1 or 2 people will be able to guese where it's from.
