I was just thinkin about this earlier while i was mowing my lawn. I know I know!! Im stupid!!!  But still...there are numerous names for your T.V. Remote. What do you call it? XD |

In my house, we call the remote control "the buttons."

I'm not attached to the remote enough to name it. I usually get up and press the button.
But we do call it "The Remote".

Back in the day, my Filipino side of the family always called it the channel changer. In Upstate New York, where my dad's (white) side of the family resides, they called it the clicker.
I just call it the remote, but whenever with family, I tend to call it the channel changer.
Wow, who called it the blammer?

My dad started calling it that then i guess I just caught on. I thought the blammer was a usual name.
