If you have Windows, you have Paint. It comes default. (Yes.)

yeah, but wen i take paint, its harder and somes pictures have reflections , texture and things like that

Some others uses Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro. I think you can buy the software. ... You know, you remind me of Joey78. For obivous reasons: 1. You text like him 2. You've doubled Posted 3. I once used Photoshop but I was too cheap to buy it, and the trial version expired. I would download the newer version but I have dial-up and the setup files are HUGE.
(Oh, and by the way, this isn't the right forum this would be in.)

I can't say anything about Pixia; I've never used it.
And WARNING ABOUT PHOTOSHOP:
The download is massive (>300MB). Not recommended for download by dial-up.

There's an edit button for a reason, to add text to posts you feel don't get the point across. Double posting isn't what we're looking for. It's bad for your health, as well as the health of the board.

im pretty sure anjil uses paint and open canvas. paint comes default with windows, and i really dont know where to get open canvas. reflections and gleams on eyes, tips of silver or gold weapons and shading of clothes can be done in paint. practice makes perfect. theres also photoshop which i have never used, but you can create your own effects.
