FFIII is good, but it's made a whole lot lamer by the fact that you can't battle online. It's still a solid RPG, and very traditional to the FF series in terms of...well, just about everything. Still, no online battle gets rid of a lot of replay value, so you probably won't end up playing through the adventure twice. The only thing Wi-Fi does for this game is get you a hidden job and optional bosses like Bahamut for fighting.
It all depends on your tastes, I guess. I won't vote, because I haven't even heard of Kirby Squeak Squad.

I dunno about FFIII, but I heard from someone that Squeak Squad is superior to all other Kirby games, even Superstar, with one of the biggest pluses being the battle with Meta Knight. I've yet to play either game, though.
