I find it hilarious that no one bothered to actually vote on the enemies actually listed, when I tried to list the games that I thought most Yoshi's Corner members played. This poll turned out to be a waste, huh. But complaining can be entertaining, so it wasn't a complete waste.

I find it hilarious that no one bothered to actually vote on the enemies actually listed, when I tried to list the games that I thought most Yoshi's Corner members played. This poll turned out to be a waste, huh. But complaining can be entertaining, so it wasn't a complete waste. Si!As for my most annoying enemy... let's see, what have I hit my head on the keyboard/smashed my controlled for most? ...aha! Tztok-Jad. This was back when I played runescape. In Runescape, the maximum combat level you can reach is 126 if all your (offensive) stats reach 99. Tztok-Jad is a gigantic monster level 702 (his maximum hit is 99, which is your maximum amount of health). The only way to beat him is to pray against the move he's ABOUT to use. You can tell by a certain animation. When he stands on his hind feet, he's about to toss a magical fireball and so you protect from magic. When he's about to toss a ranged attack, he stomps his feet and a rock falls on you (which looks nearly the same as magic!) and when he's about to head-butt you, you get no warning. Not only that, but it takes two hours AT LEAST to reach him, and he spawns semi-randomly in the room you fight in, and can hit you from beyond your line of sight. I made it to him twice. The first time I panicked, the second I got an unlucky offscreen shot while starting with the wrong prayer and THEN panicked. On the second try, I didn't get one-hit, but I panicked from the damage and put on the OTHER prayer right as he was switching. Ladies and gents, Jad... or at least what I could get of him as I was keeling over.

Hmm... kind of an old thread, but I couldn't resist.
My most annoying enemy is the Nar Lily from Phantasy Star Online. They shoot purple orbs of 1-hit killingness, and their range often spans the entire room you're in. Plus, there are always at least two of them at a time. You have to run around them until they both shoot at you and miss (hopefully) then rush in to attack while watching the other to make sure it doesn't blast you. Not to mention, if you let up on the one you're attacking it may paralyze you. Grrrr... hate those things...

Clones from Superman Returns.
I know; I am an idiot to buy a superman game. Everyone knows that superman games suck... but it's superman, so I play it.
Anyway, the clones are these huge ugly mutants that explode everything in the area, doing much damage to the city and injuring dozens of people at a time. Since superman can't die, if the city gets too damaged he loses because everyone hates him. So yeah. They do this constantly and if you get close, they'll send out a wave of energy that tosses you back a few yards. So; once you actually defeat them they turn to stone. Okay... so you ignore it, right? No. They get reborn and start over agian.
Goddamnit.
Not to mention that it annoys me that dragons are weak. HUGE MONSTER DRAGON + Ice breath = HUGE DEAD MONSTER DRAGON EXPLOSION!

In my personal opinion, the most annoying boss to ever exist in a game would be the main Crystal Shards bosses. They may not be small annoying ememies, but God, did they suck.
The first form was Miracle Matter, as the cute picture below displays.
As if having another boss to fight wasn't retarded enough, Miracle Matter comes along. The only way to defeat him is to hit him with whatever power he next flashes, obtained by the random crap he throws at you. So then, you play the waiting game.
Adorable! Once you beat him, they throw some other moron at you. Apparently, Miracle Matter rips his clothes off and becomes a super-duper-allley-ooper angel with a Band-Aid on his forehead. The first thing you have to do is shoot his pupils out with about ten trillion little crystals, allowing him to show you his gorgeous gaused scalp, which you then must shoot with ten trillion crystals. And just when you think that crap is over, he grows this tripped-up spiky tentacle out of his posterior, which you then must blast into Kingdom Come. The result of all this? About 1/5 of his life taken.
Fabulous.[/size]

Snakes from resident evil 4. If you have encounterred them in this game you should know, they waste your bullets, your life, your time and mostly your temper. Oh god i can't even think about it, argh!

Bullets? I usually cut them with the knife... I think the chainsaw guys are much more annoying in that game, they kill you in one hit and the take 10 shotgun blasts to the face before they die.

Definetly the second last boss in Donkey Kong 64. You had to launch yourself, hit him three times, and then he repeadetly lost body parts, and sometimes he cast fakes, and you wouldn't know it untill it was oo late. The fake ones are slightly darker, but still, I screwed up enough times. And he fired so many missles and beam shots at you, and if you got him, you had to swim back, and he was fast man. Also, I do remember Castlevania 64 being one of the most hardest games ever. DX

I used to be a nerd who played World of Warcraft a lot. I remember when I first start raiding, the guild is was in wasn't very good. I recall getting owned by Magmadon in Molten Core and the bat boss in ZG dozens of times. I hated Magmadon with a passion. Then i got into a better guild and he was laughable.
I remember I had a Castlevania game for GBA, I don't remember the name though. Dracula was a beast. He would transform into bats and stuff, It was a while ago so I can't quite remember, but I must of fought him like 50 times before I killed him.
I also remember the final boss from DK 64 being somewhat difficult. And I feel like I was stuck for a little while on the final boss for Rayman on the N64.
That's all I can remember for now. I need to get a new RPG. All the 360 ones I've played, the bosses are to easy. I've never played a Final Fantasy game, maybe I should try one of those? Any suggestions?

When ever I try to beat boss battles on intense, the main denominator for failing is porky. He has that impossible to dodge laser and I find attacking him difficult.
