The very fact that you continue to make attempts to undermining our rulings show that you are not prepared to return. As stated before, you must go to the administrators and plead your case. Actions like these only solidify the staff against you.

If I was him, I quit. A full year and no success. But, he does a little. He's on YA and is still there! He found his place in that forum. He hasn't been banned yet. Why doesn't he act like that here?

Yes, he makes dozens of acccounts. Yes, he gets banned every single time. Yes, its boring and we shouldn't even be paying him any attention. Therefore we should stop talking about it, so I'd say this can be locked.
