ii abandoned this forum for like a year.
I come back and my warning still hasnt been removed.
On top of that i aksed LAzo if he affiliated with other forums since he has theh dumb rule of posting links to your sites. He said no.
What do you think i find now that im back? AN affilation box. i just dont know if i should stay here since the staff seem to be so iggnorant. Do you think im being to upset by this to much or is there some truth behind it?

If I remember correctly, there was an uproar about even affiliating with that one site, so the admins probably thought it best to not affiliate with more sites or something. I wouldn't be so upset by it, if you left the site, then your warning may not have been removed because they just forgot about it.

Ah but there is a lot to this than you might actually think, it's imprevious for you to come and make such statements, and this on it's own is not going to help your level. Yet it's a move you chose to make by yourself, and such will come back to haunt. First off, making such remarks about affiliation is on your own there. At a time it was not as such, yet from those movements it has gone on. There is no need to have a signature to your board within it because that is false advertising on a seprate area, if you want to gain an affiliation you have to ask. Think of it like going around and spraying graffiti all over the place; you are representing something that does not belong to the area you are placing it within. Back in those times, we may not have wanted to affiliate, however the two boards that are currently affiliated belong to the same source, and they both have similar Admins. PinkFloydYoshi is part of both of these, and because of such they remain to mean something. This is one reason an affiliation could have been commited, that and it is another knit in the large family of Yoshi attributes. If there was a reason to not affiliate with your own board that you might have had up, then this may be a section as to why you were asked to remove such from your signature.

Yes you are more than upset by this to much that it does seem, and if your ban level was supposed to go down, at this rate it is going to stay the same. If there is an action or words that you wish to share with the moderation then gladly feel free to create a Private Message. However, personal matters are not an issue to be shared on a global scheme with the whole crowd. This matter belongs to you and that of the Moderation of which the board is run in. The whole affiliation ordeal went underneath some fire before it happened as it was, if you wanted to make one as of now you could always ask, yet once again this has to be done within the order of a Private Message. Who knows why it was diffrent back then, but as of now it has become such. This thread proves no purpose to stay up and is only the cause of some bad emotions, and will be moved.

Anything that is directed at the Moderation should be done in the aspect of a Personal Meeting, you will always be answered through anything. It's not ignorance, it's growing and understand and finally making choices. So, before creating threads as such maybe one should think of what should be said instead of directly creating a statement of anger that could easily be shown in a private setting in another area. For further discussion on the matter of affiliation and wanting something of the likes, feel free to contact Lazo or any of the Admins or Mods with your questions and concerns. However, a thread like this only serves one purpose and because of that it can't be placed within the main stream of what is said around the board.
