I will be very good and won't bother anyone I am a nicer person than what I have used to be I will: greet people nicely (I do that on YAF and will do it here too^^) , only post things once in a topic and once when someone answers the topic. So no one worry because I am being good just like on YAF! and I read the rules as well |

ahhh so this is Joey, I've haerd alot about you, from what I've heard I'm surprised you can still make accounts on here, but seeing as I don't ACTUALLY know you, I guess I wouldn't know how much you've changed or whatever =\ But if you have changed like you've siad you have then hey, I don't see how another chance would hurt. But it's not up to me so.....

I've heard about you, and you've probably caused trouble a lot. From what I heard, anyone who allowed you to return to being a normal member at this forum is out of their mind, especially given the times you've reregistered.

I don't see how another chance would hurt. Have you seen how many chances he had beforehand? Um... Nope, not really. Me, being the fair guy I am, and not actually seeing any evidence pointing to the..contrary(sp?)..., say give the guy another chance. Also, question: How did he get so many chances in teh first place if he was banned, 20-200 times? Doesn't tha fact that he's here mean somebody decided that he deserved another chance? 'Course, he could have gotten another comp or maybe found an Admin's passie, or possibly that who ever banned him doesn't know what their doing. Heh. But in all Seriousness, why not give the guy another chance? |

IPs change, correct? I think the boards can only ban IP addresses, and due to the fact they change often, he was able to get another account on here and continue his behaviour. Although correct me if i'm wrong on that.
And in reply to giving him another chance? Like i said, he's had far too many, he's had loads of chances to buck up his ideas and be a well-behaved member, but he has failed to do so on so many occassions, therefore that is why we are not giving him any more chances.

He has a dynamic IP address, which means that it changes from time-to-time so after a while the exact IP that he's banned on doesn't work anymore. His entire IP range was banned before, however it also affected other members of the board so that had to be removed as well. He's had several other chances before, and has ended up crashing them all. The fact that he's attempting to go around the ban without even talking to any of the staff about it would also seem to support the idea that whatever changes he has made are not significant enough. |

He came back after he was banned. He blew his chance then. I'm fair too, and I'll come out and tell people when I think they're been either a moron or not. Joey blew his chance when he was banned the second time.
This was after he first appeared, told the boyfriend of one of our staff to shove off and generally spammed.
Being on YC is a privilege, not a right. People abuse that privilege, they get banned.
