I made an e-mail server by ArGoSoft Mail Server.... ...In dark green style... [Thanks to ArGoSoft because they like green and the server is green and I edited later] (I am going to make Yoshi e-mail server) What do you think? I need some idea 1. Domain name Domain name in following. So the url will be: subdomain.domain.com:5678 1. ______.no-ip.com 2. ______.hopto.org 3. ______.servegame.com 4. ______.servehttp.com 5. ______.sytes.net 6. ______.zapto.org 2. SubDomain Name What do you think? I think yoshimail.______.___ The text is based on YaBB SE and Proboards texts. I didn't copy any picture and make all colors. It is free, so it will be some advertising at the bottom of each page. Welcome Page: Inbox: Compose Mail:

I like the idea! I think the domain should be number 5. The subdomain you suggested is fine.

Most Administrators have the option, but are only allowed to use it when queried to for fraud investigation/illegitimate use. It's illegal for emails to be disclosed to administrators. Goes against the 'Data Protection Act 1998'.
Same goes for web service resellers (Like myself). We're not allowed to view any client emails sent/received due to confidentiality, insluding those details the customer gives me so I can contact them in the event of problems, outages or other issues. I need to protect all information I am given. (Often needs to include home addresses/contact addresses/payment details if not paying via paypal, etc...)
I'd only set an email server just to see if I can actually do it (I like experimenting, I compiled my own Gentoo kernel last night - took over 2 hours to compile, then there's the rest of the manual installation process. Works though ^^).
