You are on suburban road, the houses either side of you ruined. Ahead of you is what looking like a make-shift gate from corricated iron, wood and other scraps. Behind you is more road which leads to a T-juntion. There are no vehicles around, which is strange. Most the houses are just empty shells now, and the people are still asleep, presumed deceased.

You are inside the ruins of a library, the wall infront of you, however, is completely gone. Outside is littered with bodies and broken cars, the buildings are all empty shells except the one directly infront of you. There is a man in a long coat outside that house, looking directly at you.

You are on the path to "Woodside". There is very little of note along this road. Behind you is the ruins that you have just left. And infront is main road which stretches into the distance. You have the feeling that you are being watched.

You are near a toolshed. The mansion you have just come out of is not entirely ruined. There is a door into the mansion near you, and there is also a road leading away from the mansion on the opposite side. There are some unconscious party-goers in the garden also.

[Toshi]

Toshi continues up the suburban road. He can see the bodies laid around, so the first thing he does is check the bodies, kneeling down beside each, just to see if there are any actual signs of life in the people. His fingers pressing up to their necks to check for pulses as well as hearing for any signs of breathing, "I just need to know if any or some of these people are dead, or just unconscious... Since Toshi is still feeling a little dazed from what happened, being able to tell is somewhat difficult for him, but he continues to check each body.

As Toshi checks, he noticed the lack of any vehicles around, which struck him as peculiar, since he remembers seeing some before this all happened, "Did the blast smash them into pieces, or.. did the people actually.. No, it can't be, right now it's not my priority..". Toshi finally checks the last body, before standing up and facing back up the road.

[Enrique]

Enrique, speechless and confused, walked out into the littered street. Numerous unconscious bodies - he supposed that most of them were dead; the majority were soaked in blood - were piled on top of each other, buried under the remains of cars and bricks and concrete from the buildings. He had no idea what to make of the rubble. It seemed as if a tornado, or series of tornadoes, had rages through the small city. But this was impossible! It was such a sunny day the last time Enrique had been awake! The only other idea was a nuclear bomb. But there weren't any warnings of such...

It couldn't have been. As he raised his head to assess the state of the small city, he saw something he considered nearly impossible: an unscratched house across the street from the library. He was puzzled, but he found more good news; a man was standing outside the house. He sported a long coat; that was all that Enrique could make of him at that distance. However, Enrique was able to see that the man stood erect without support. It also seemed as if the man was facing Enrique.

Enrique walked slowly toward the stranger, unsure if this is a man he could trust. He walked slowly, not so much because he was that cautious but rather due to the giant mass of rubble that laid in the street. As he walked across the ruin, he noticed that the man was staring at him. Enrique remained speechless as he approached the stranger, not knowing what to expect, but it was a risk he had to take at this point.

[Sanjo]

Sanjo continued to trudge along the dirt road in the direction to Woodside. He had not walked for a half an hour when he felt like a whole day had past him. The sky resumed its deadly red color as the sun fought its way through the thick clouds and dust, but to find barely any success. Often he found himself muttering under his heavy breathing, still in shock and disbelief towards the sight of the ruins he had woken up to.

Sanjo closed his eyes, listening to his footsteps as they softly pounded the surface. He tried his hardest to keep walking, hopefully reaching Woodside before something else would happen to him. He listened even closer to his sounds, thinking that the area was so deserted that he could hear his own footsteps echoing in the distance. He brought down his right leg and stopped it from reaching the ground; frozen in a slightly awkward position. He heard nothing but wind and dust blowing all around him. Sanjo set his foot down and quickly turned to see if someone had, by chance, been following him. Nothing but the ruins he had left behind and the dirt road was visible. “I could have sworn I wasn’t echoing…is someone following me?...or better yet, am I not alone?!” The thought thrilled him for a second. Even if it was a complete stranger, he though it would be nice to have someone to travel with. Slightly disappointed, he continued walking, holding high hopes that there would be someone, or something, at Woodside…
