It's 2AM and I probably shouldn't be allowed to make polls.
So I was playing Mario Kart earlier, and the game demands you use the wrist strap while using the Wii Wheel. But surely you won't be launching the Wheel like a frisbee when playing Mario Kart? The only games I can think of where you really need it are Wii Sports, and for one minigame in Wario Ware where you literally have to drop the remote.
I haven't used the wrist strap for ages now, probably because I feel safe in my ability not to fling a Wiimote straight through my TV in a fit of game related excitement.

I don't use the wrist wrap; but I should.
I already put a hole in the coffee table, threw it at the cat several times (it's like he puts himself in the way), knocked down lots of soda cans and water bottles, hit my friends a few time, and hit my mom in the face.
But I still don't. I mean, it's so annoying to have to take it off if you have to switch with a friend or leave the room for 5 minutes. Because I'm a lazy ass.
But I do use it for tennis, because I'm slightly but not really responsible like that.

Every now and then. It depends on how long I'll be playing said game. If it's for a few minutes, then no. But if it's something like Wii Sports or maybe -some- Mario Party, then chances are good I'll be wearing it.

No wai! I live life on the edge when it comes to the wrist strap even though on day two my wii mote slid out of my hand while swinging in tennis.

I don't swing it around like a spaz so I don't need the strap.
Except maybe when playing Wii Sports so stepmom doesn't kill me.
I don't even use the Wiimote Jacket.

I'm not a spaz either, so I have no need for it.

I don't know, I'm known to be pretty dangerous with objects in my hands.
But since I'm such a hardcore teenager, I don't use them.

Don't use it. I probably should considering I almost have a wall of LCD screens making any throw hard to miss but, you know.
This was during a time when I actually used my Wii. It's been off for months now.
I use the Wii jacket though, so it just cushions the hit as opposed to flying through the victim screen in case I get angry.

I use two competing scales to determine whether or not I'm going to do this.
1. On a scale of 1 to 10, how bad of an idea is this
2. On a scale of 1 to 20 in dollars, how much money will I be paid to do this?
...The second one can be metaphorical.

The only game I use my Wii for now is Mario kart and I don't use the wii controller because I'm not stupid. But I usually wear the wrist strap because I only really play wii sports at parties where I may or may not have had a bit to drink.

I have an addendum to my previous post.
I now see the logic to using the wrist strap with the wii wheel, because after getting hammered by 3 blue shells in a row and a lightning bolt on Mariokart I certainly wanted to throw something through my TV.

I'm a dork and I use the wrist strap even when I'm playing something like Paper Mario, hahaha.

I use it when I pretend to throw the remote at the screen. But not for safety purposes.

I honestly don't see how wearing a Wii Remote Wrist Strap determines whether or not you are living life on the edge. But you did say that you created this poll at 2:00am, so I don't blame ya. Anyways, to answer your question, I DO wear my wrist strap. Not because I feel the need to for fear of smashing my T.V. or something, but because I actually find it quite comfortable. But even still, I hardly use the Wii Remote in the first place. I feel more at home with the Gamecube controller.
