your right, the proportions are all messed up, especlly on the head, no offense intended, but if u want, you can do the same thing on the computer, and redo the proportions right. its still not totally bad. i geuss thats something. i dont wanna hurt your feelings.  i dont know why, but sometimes i accedently hurt ppls feelings by saying something stupid. |

Sorry, but I disagree. I may not be a good artist at all, but I can be a harsh critic, and even I have to say that was a little too harsh. Not looking to pick a fight about it or anything, but I do have to disagree. Yoshee, this is a great sketch. Definitely better than what I could draw, and the proportions aren't that off at all! It could simply just be the style. All I would have to say about this to improve would be maybe a smaller head (not that big of a deal at all), and just to watch out for the forward arm. But then again, even I know how hard it is to stay consistent (hence my reasoning for not posting anymore pictures until I can get it all down.... which will probably be never  ). I look forward to seeing more of your work! |

It's great. The only thing that needs work is making the snout bigger. Everything else is nice.

I look forward to seeing more of your work! Yeah, Sanjo's right. This is the way Yoshee's style looks, there's nothing wrong with the proportion of the Yoshi's head. An artist is like a poet, they can draw Yoshi any way they please. Therefore, there is no incorrect way to drawing a Yoshi. Any who. . .This is amazing Yoshee! I love lead sketches, and I certainly love the way you drew this Yoshi's personality. It is a bit blurry, but it's still all good. As for the proportions, I can't complain. I couldn't draw a well proportioned Yoshi myself, at least an anthro one such as this. Yoshis portrayed in the video games always have hugely sized heads and such, so yah. |
