well mine SUCKS! It could be better. I mean, my parents are always "Do this, clean that, put your shirt back on!" and school is coming up, and ive already done school 9 times too many. and not to metion there are a few ppl I would want not there at school. ugh... being a human sucks. BTW my parents never told me to put my shirt back on. Judging by what you said, you're what, 14-15? You've barely begun life. Your parents want what's best for you, even if it may not seem like it. School is something you have to go through: Not only is it about what you learn there, but it's also about learning to cope with people and places you don't like in order to forge on in your life, because that's what the real world is like. A larger, more mature schoolyard. School is like a primer for life; by suffering through it, you learn to cope with the world as-is. How can you make such an assessment before you've even tasted the real world? Being a different species wouldn't save you, especially if it's one that doesn't previously exist in the real world. Does the idea of being put in a cage, tested on, tubes and needles and meters, and eventually death and autopsy..does all of that appeal to you? Being human's pretty sweet, man.

Ok, your talking but all I hear is "blah blah-blah blah blah blah-blah-blah... blah."
I DONT CARE WHAT YOU THINK!
Try looking at things from MY point of view. Then u might understand why.

Everyone chill. Yes, he's 14. I totally agreed with everything Garr said, I agree that he's got a long way to go before making any such judgment, but arguing to change his point of view is kind of fruitless.
Relax, don't let things like this get to you. Let's not get rowdy in here now.

Or a much better way of putting it, you don't know just how important school is until you complete it and obtain your final qualifications. After then, if you decide to go to college or university you'll be assessed on your eligibility to start the course you want to go in to from your final grades from school. If they don't satisfy the requirements then you can't do the course. You only get to do school once, so give it all you've got and it'll open up a new whole world. Trust me on that one, I'm the top earner on this board at £20,000 ($38,700) a year and I tell you what, I completed school, completed three college courses over three years and been in and out of 6 jobs before getting to where I am right now and those 6 jobs ranged from carpet fitting to industrial signage, production line operations to confidential document scanning and Administration and Placement Officer, and now I'm an IT Infrastructure manager at one of the UKs leading City Academies.
The human body is engineered to work hard, not just sit there, and with work comes great rewards, new opportunities, new friends and above all, the ability to buy whatever the heck you want, and if you have a few bullies at school, the ability to rub your success in their face, and trust me, there's no better feeling.

Me as a yoshi... nah. If it were in the alternate universe where they existed, perhaps. But in this world, I'd say the only thing to look forward to is every chance of escape I get from being a test subject.
Honestly, I wouldn't mind debating with Tyler about being a teenager (me being 16), since I like the fact I'm not forced to have a job or pay taxes, but I guess derailing here wouldn't be a good place.

Well aside from what all everyone says,if i had a hidden island where no one in the whole wide world would go id try it out for a week or two.But aside from that id rather have a yoshi as a pet than being one

Hmmm...... by simply not thinking, I have created not only a pointless thread, but also a drama and a fight among my viewers. The moral of this thread is, think or be hated, or something like that.
Now that I think, I don't want to be something fictional, no mater how much I despise being human.

I'm pretty cool with being a person. Yoshi is always in danger. I'd rather be one fictitiously. Then again, Yoshi wouldn't have to pay taxes or get a good education. And Yoshi is free of rascism; all colors are accepted. Hm. I'd say being either would be cool. Now, if you asked me this when I was eight... Easy.

I wouldn't want that even if Yoshies (thats right IES) did somehow spring into existence. Judging by the games, they're certainly intelligent creatures and having one as a pet wouldn't sit right with me. modnote: I'm not seeing any drama going on, forums would be boring if everybody got on.

I agree; It's also never sat well with me that Mario punches Yoshi in the back of the head to force him to swallow. Yoshi deserves to be free on his island, maaaaan. Now, what would be cool would be to be Kamek. Makin' everyone do your dirty work for you...Casting magic spells. That'd be crazy.

I didn't. Even when I was really little, the thought of having wings bugged me. How could you sleep in them, for example? And they'd sure get in the way in crowded subways, risking the chance of having way too many feathers stolen from you. Wings are for the birds.
