If you have one. This isn't something to say, "That's silly," or, "WTF, why do you think that?" That doesn't mean we can't discuss. Basically, just be considerate and respectful, 'kay? I don't want to start a flame war or anything, kthnx. Also, if you just turn off your logical brain, silence your pride, and listen rather than just speaking, you just might find that someone's views aren't all that crazy (doesn't mean they're always sane, though). Or, you can go cry about it, emo kid. My philosophy is: 1) Forget about the past, don't worry about the future, live the present to the fullest, because it'll be gone in a flash. 2) Things can always be improved, even if they seem to be absolutely perfect. 3) Words can solve any confrontational problem; they just have to be used correctly. 4) Look at things the way that others might, not just your own POV. 5) Always keep an open mind, but know your limits. 6) Knowledge is power. 7) True love is the purest thing. 8) Anything can happen. 9) The glass is half full. 10) Money buys only temporary happiness. I'm just your every-day-optimist. Hey, so far it's been doing me a whole lot better than whatever philosophy I used to go by. That's for certain.

Call me classical Seneca style stoicism.
Basically a huge emphasis on self-control to overcome those kinds of emotions that make you do things you'll wind up regretting later. Through this it's better to keep as neutral a view as possible and try to find truth in what you see or arguments that people give you. Try to be free of anger, envy and jealousy if you wanna get all poetic about it.
It meshes well ideas of pro-activity, which emphasizes taking action to change things. "Be the change you want to see in the world" and similar. There's also a good fit for styling life on what basic principles you have, and drawing your emotional well-being from that. Basic principles being things like honesty, or hard work, or whatever you think would work like that.
Seems to have worked pretty well so far.

Try try try try try try try. Always try. And above all, use common scene, and think about your actions. My life was hell before I started thinking.

Go with the flow. We only have one life to live.
I guess I'm pretty down to Earth. Enjoy yourself, don't worry about the future until you have to. Don't let other people, politics, religion, friends or family change what you do in life- because it's only about you and your life.
... bahahaha look at me I'm trying to be serious. Sorry I sound corny- me being corny is pretty much as serious as I get.
