Yes, very sad indeed. This image is a scan taken directly from a Super Mario World walkthrough that Mailtroid showed me -- we both had such a laughing riot over it that we decided to scan the abomination and show it off here.  Main questions involved: 1) Why is Mario in a roman gladiator outfit? 2) What happened with Yoshi's spikes, arms, legs?? Basically all of him? 3) Why would anyone need a walkthrough for this game? 4) What in god's name is that monkey-beaver-mole-bear-hippie-thing in the tube in the bottom? 5) What's with the stoned dolphin? 6) Are there any pink/purple birds in the Mario World? 7) What's with the castle in the background? 8) That koopa looks like it was drawn by a three-year-old, why does it have a parachute? 9) How does this relate to the Mario World at all? 10) Why is Mario's mustache like, a boot-brush? Answers would be appreciated. There's too many flaws in this image to possible name in one sitting. |

For questions 1,2,4-10: They must not really know about the game.
For question 3: Maybe they're just really stupid.

If one is making a walthrough, one would assume that they had actually played or at least known the remotest amount about the game beforehand...

rofl, I wondered what they were doing, making Yoshi look like some sort of loch ness monster, and making mario look like one of the three musketeers,... without the musketeers, or the other two strangely dressed fellows, unless you have Luigi playing too.

I really can believe that this acctually is a walkthrough.
And for mario. Well there could be a few special places, but a walkthrough. It made me laugh, a lot. Really sad and really funny at the same time.

The dolphin thing looks like a drugged beast... and his eyes. Omigod omigod omigod. Oh my God! The eyes!! I'm still in shock! Those eyes are scary! I don't know what did smoke that poor dolphin, but I want a lil' bit of it, too! (´u`)
You noticed that Mr. Gladiator has got no pants at all? ... ah, I think the one who did that super cover picture, he or she tried to eat a mushroom like in the game (red with white dots) ... and then he or she saw the game like in this picture.
After all, a sober man don't see flying green "yoshies" like this, while a warrior without any underwear is on his back.

2) Since when was nintendo was SUPER nintendo
3) Who in their right mind would make Yoshi a drgon, bird, snake thing
4)Why is that dolphin has wrinkles like an old lady
