That is horrible. Poor lil' Yoshi, poor...well...is that Mario? We will call him Glario (Gladiator plus no...not Mario, but rather "uh-oh!")
That was a lame joke, but is that German, it isnt well done at any rate!

But the difference being that art and Flash animations aren't sold commercially. You only have a case if the actual product in question is being sold...much like this beautifully crafted atrocity. Now for the questions - 1) I would think that if the word 'princess' is mentioned, a casual guess would be to link it with a knight, or other saviour of that type. Roma gladiator, hahah... 2) Well, considering Yoshi was thought of as a dragon/dinosaur beforehand...noone is rock solid proof sure what a dragon or indeed, dinosaur (to a degree) looks like. Seems this artist was just showing a bit of license on that, I believe. 3) The 3+ kids probably would. Duh. 4) A gopher enemy before it let itself go. That, or one of the Gummy Bears wandered in by mistake. 5) Its coming down. 6) Not that I can recall, but there were those goggled birds in Super Mario Bros. 2 if I remember correctly...even if the resemblance is nul, to say the least. 7) Hey, Princess Toadstool was held captive in Bowser's castle...he just did a bit of renovation beforehand to turn it into an arabian palace. 8) Its a Paratroopa, of course. 9) Heh, have you ever been to the Mario World? God only knows it could very well look like this. Maybe it does in Miyamotos mind. FREAKOUT 10) Once upon a time, mullets were considered a fashion revolution...thankfully, times change.

That'd depend on whether or not Miyamoto can type in German.

It certainly is disgraceful, it can't possibly be Nintendo certified, unless they were on drugs at the time!

Nah, you want druggy? Take Katamari Damacy as a symbol of drugs. With the overexcessive amount of 'shrooms, Namco HAD to be on drugs. Oh wait, that's good druggy. Never mind.
