Have you ever learned any, or ever been interested? I'm quite into boxing and am pretty good at it. Saved my butt a few times at school, though I'm a very peaceful person. I'd love to learn the Israeli self-defense system called Krav Maga though. So efficient without any artistic crap. But that's a few years away. However, fighting is only fun if your not really trying to kill eachother. Real fights are dirty, and suck.

I used to do Tae-Kwan-Do, a long time ago. I think I've lost most of my finesse but I still have the forms and technique instructions stashed away somewhere.

If I had the money, I'd take up Capoeira in a heartbeat. I don't care if some say it's not a real martial art, it's still highly awesome.

I studied Kenpo Karate for a few years, then stopped after I recieved my 3rd degree Green. I have a great balance, so kicks have developed to be a breeze for me, and it has come in handy a few times when I wish it wouldn't have (people trying to mug me and such ). I have always been interested in taking lessons for the sword. I can handle dual-wielding them, and my friends and I have sparred like that all the time trying to challenge me, but it seems like once I'm down to one, I can't hold my own. Go figure...

Thanks for the interesting replies. It seems that Tae-Kwan-Do is very popular. My Aunt is a black belt in it!
