Oh boy, it's been a while since I last posted here. Anyways, this is by far one of the best poems I have written... Here it is... *Ahem* BLOODY SIDEWALKS
As the boy laid there, his life escaped him, His blood poured, his gasps were shaking, An innocent fatally shot, a case mistaken, As he heard screams, his fear escalating, The little boy sobbed, for all it was worth, He let out a scream, filled with pain and hurt, What did he do to deserve this, what had he done? Why did he have to have his life taken by a gun? He pondered upon these cold thoughts, his fate already decided, The boy was going to die, that was already established, He then saw his mother, heard her screaming, heard her agonized cries, He then gave one last shuddering breath, his soul then departed for the sky, I only wish, that he could have lived more, before he was taken by Death, Only wish he could have lived fuller, before taking his final breath, This poem is dedicated, to all those victims, This was just another innocent, another one, When we destroy these people, do killers think about what they've done? They don't care, they don't give them one thought, As these people die, on Bloody Sidewalks...
