ok theres alot of poeple i know that are scared of this day cause they beleive in the bad luck good luck thing. i myself isent but others i know are. anyone here scared or don't like this day?

Nope. It's all just superstition to me. I do the typical old "Ooooooo it's Friday The 13th everybody~", but I never take it seriously.

The date and I go back a long way. I greet it with more of a "So we meet again" than an "OH NO", though, and just treat it with more care than I would, say, Sunday the 1st. I'm aware of the superstitions, but they don't particularly worry me.

I have only one superstition. It's that I have a particular lucky test-taking shirt.
All others, Friday the 13th included, are dismissed.

Friday the 13th is usually pretty lucky for me, honestly. I'm the same way! I love friday the 13th because 1) I get pretty lucky, and 2) I get to laugh at my unlucky friends. I'll always have a good day =P |

It seems my friend is the only one who gets the bad luck on Friday the 13th. Five people wanted to pick a fight with him after school, and he had no backup. >_>

Friday the 13ths always manage to send a chill down my spine. It just feels like maybe, just maybe magic is real on that day. I blame that one episode of Hey Arnold.
I'm not superstitious though. I just kind of like having dumb little things to believe in to make things more interesting. I have never heard of anyone being scared of that day, honestly. XD

Nah, I'm not concerned about the date. I do think it's interesting that we had two of them this year. Since the 13th of February was a Friday, and February is exactly four weeks long ('09 being a non-leap year), March had a Friday the 13th as well. So anyone who tends to have bad luck on Friday the 13th, I feel particularly bad for you this year.  |
