 People can recognize who it resembles... But, trust me, drawing both Sonic and Yoshi combined gave me a hard time on how to draw it. |

Unfortunately, the idea of mixing Sonic and Yoshi is by no means a new one. They all usually look about the same, as well. There just aren't many "cute" combinations, as a rodent and a lizard really weren't meant to be crossed.
Let's start with the basics. The legs were placed nicely, as they attach directly to the body instead of simply sitting under the thick black outline of the torso. The quills are where Yoshi's spikes should be, in quite a predictable place, but at least there are no shenanigans going on there. The shape of his eyes is also really neat.
However, the lineart is inconsistent near the back quill spike thing. You should probably have cleaned that up with the eraser tool. You also chose to add details around the sock and shoe, and yet left the character's hand as a simple nub. I appreciate that you decided to use different colors for the eyes and shoes; it really makes them stand out. The picture seems too simple to have taken much effort though. I don't blame you if you didn't want to shade the picture or add a background, but it would really give the picture life. The poor fellow also appears to have two noses and one ear- if his ears perked up that high then we would at least see the back of the other ear on the other side of his head. It also wouldn't hurt to smooth out your lines, especially around the Yoshi nose.
One part I really liked about this picture was his totally peaceful, kind of dopey face, and all he had to say was the word "dude", haha.

See, the other ear is on the other side of his head, though. And, I would have never thought about a backround or shading, cuz I just never have any more time left. And, since he is a hedgehog yoshi, the "second nose" you were talking about- That's part of his head, since he is part of a Yoshi, too... So, it's noy=t actually a second nose, dude...
