I uh.. I don't really get it. And it looks like there's a lot of artifacting going on here. I suppose it's not a bad try, but perhaps you should put more thought into your color choices. The black text on dark blue background is a pain to read, and the light green text hurts my eyes.
Aside from that, I suppose it's an admirable try.

Yea, I can't really see it that good, so I'll agree with Garr- It's a nice try and use different colors...
